Great location for a family trip. We loved the extremely easy access to the beach and having a pool was a great option. The community was well maintained and the grounds were beautifully landscaped.

One of the best condos we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and wanted: a sunny exposure, beautiful views of the ocean and pier, very modern kitchen, lovingly decorated interior, 2 very comfortable queen size beds, and so close to the pool, the hot tub, the laundry and the bbq’s.

Great little place, we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had all new appliances. Plenty of towels/pillows/sheets. Had a closet with beach toys for kids. Shower/bathtub was a little outdated and had a low pressure shower head , but it was ok. The only “Cons” where that the location is on a busy street and you will hear a lot of loud cars and motorcycles flooring it down the street; also there’s a street sweeper that comes almost every morning around 7 and makes noise going back and forth on the street. When it’s garbage day it gets extremely loud with street noise and garbage bins being moved outside with forklifts. If you like to sleep in this may not be for you. Other then that, it was a great stay! 5 stars for sure.

This condo was perfect for me and my friend. It was super clean and furnished with everything you need. Steps from beach or pool with a great view from balcony. I love Oceanside and will definitely visit again.

My family which includes my husband, myself and our 15 and 10 year old kids all loved this condo. It had absolutely everything we could have needed and then some! The unit was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the beach, towels, pillows and blankets. Our kids loved the boogie boards provided. The unit actually exceeded our expectations, as when we booked it there were only 2 reviews at the time and we weren't sure what to expect. It was exceptionally clean, I felt very comfortable in the beds, couch, bathroom, etc. The location of the condo was also excellent, right on the beach with a great view but far enough away so it was not too noisy. We were a little concerned about not having air conditioning, but we put the box fan provided in the bedroom window at night and it kept it plenty cool enough. I actually ended up being glad not to have air conditioning because it forced us to leave the doors open and then we could hear the waves. The property itself is in a good spot, right on the beach with beach access and also close enough to drive to anything you need, stores, restaurants, etc. There was a nice pool and hot tub, as well as putting greens on site. My kids especially loved the ping pong table on the ground floor of our building with the paddles and balls that the condo provided. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo!

Best condo I've stayed in so far. They thought of everything, from toddler puddle jumpers and pack n plays to crockpot and blenders. Everything was clean and in working order, not to mention easy access to the beach and a great balcony view.

Perfect location for young families. The condo was equipped with everything we could need, including beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards. The unit itself is not fancy but really perfect for families. The complex grounds are beautifully maintained, pool and hot tub were very clean even with a lot of use. We traveled to Oceanside during ECNL playoffs so prob busier than it normally is. Even so, we didn’t find it was too crowded or rowdy. Apparently we were there during June Gloom which is comical coming from NJ. Basically it rains in the middle of the night and is a bit foggy in the mornings but fog burns off by 9 or 10 and then weather is just amazing. I mention this because it’s hard to rely on drying out towels on the patio or in a unit without AC (which it seems no one really has AC by the beach bc of the breeze). I would recommend loading the wash app when you arrive and just throwing towels in to dry for a bit every night, otherwise you may be stuck with soggy towels the next day. Walking distance to pier and harbor even with a 3.5 yr old! There is also a nice inlet the kids can play in just down the beach toward harbor. Kids absolutely loved it! Would def recommend and plan to return in the future!

This unit exceeded my expectations from the moment I opened the door. My daughter, myself and my two grandchildren spent our time there. The unit is in a perfect place, right off the elevator on the second floor and near the pool and beach. It was very clean and appears to have been refurbished recently. Carpet, appliances and flooring appear to be relatively new. There are two queen beds in the bedroom and it worked perfectly for us. I spent a lot of time at the kitchen table. The chairs could use some cushions (which is a non-issue). The way this unit is maintained shows the owners take a lot of pride in renting it out. Thank you for letting us stay. JUST A SIDE NOTE AND THIS IN NO WAY IMPACTED OUR STAY: the sofa bed needs to come with instructions lol. We consider ourselves pretty competent in most things but this sofa bed baffled us. My daughter and I tried to open the bed the second night and we could not figure out how to open it. We unzipped the cushions (which was not easy) and tried to pull it out but couldn't. The next day we zipped the cushions back on the bar (again not an easy task) and finally googled the maker. My daughter was able to find a video that showed how to open the bed and surprise! You pull it from the back and there it is. Who knew? LOL!

We loved our unit. It was clean, quite, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Had such a wonderful time, the kids didn’t want to leave. Look forward to going back again soon .Our family had a great time. Looks like you guys are going to be our number one destination to go from now on.

We were very pleased with the property and especially the beach view. We love the location and our break from the cold weather. We had no issues other than a dozen or so ants.
