Hi! We're Mark and Shanna Warr the owners of On The Sand Vacations. We live locally here in Oceanside California in North County San Diego. We absolutely love Oceanside and living coastal. Some of our favorite memories are made right here at the beach with our family and friends boogie boarding, playing beach volleyball, surfing, sea glass hunting, sand castle building and just relaxing by the water. We love sharing our insider information on local eats, activities, and fun events with you!

Mark has his masters degree in accounting from Brigham Young University (one of the top 3 accounting school is the country) and is a registered CPA. Mark left behind finding tax breaks in favor of helping people find reality breaks from their day-to-day life to make lasting memories. He uses his financial background to run On The Sand as the CEO. He is also on the Executive Board of Directors for the Visit Oceanside Tourism Board.

Shanna has her bachelors degree from Brigham Young University and is the CMO of On The Sand. She uses her knowledge, passion, and experience in marketing and design to keep On The Sand current in the ever evolving vacation rental industry.

We took over management of On The Sand in 2014 from Mark's parents and are proud to maintain those same core values that On The Sand was founded on in 1997 of personable service, clear & friendly communication, and going the extra mile for our guests, owners, city.
