Not only does the Village have excellent beach access but it is centrally located between Oceanside Harbor and the Pier - both of which are within walking distance.
North Coast Village is a 24-hour patrolled complex with gated parking garages and round-the-clock patrol guards. As you stroll through the lush tropical grounds past waterfalls, streams, and KOI fish ponds you will feel like you're at a high-end resort. The Village has amenities that no other location in Oceanside can claim with multiple pools, hot tubs, commercial grilling stations, a fitness center, and more!
You will probably also happen upon a few of our resident bunnies that wander the grounds. You really have to visit to fully appreciate just how unique and special this location is.
