After a day or 2 they contacted us too see how our stay was going, which I thought was professional and thoughtful. When we had concerns or questions they were quick to respond and resolve. You have to check out what On-The-Sand has to offer. They have tons of properties for rent with fantastic views of the ocean and some are even right on the sand. Very beautiful condos, clean, very comfortable and such a great place to enjoy a vacation on the beach. The facilities on site are very impressive and the staff from On-the-Sand are always a quick call or text away if anything pops up. Will be booking again soon!

Our rental had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything for the beach and everything to cook like I was at home. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was adequate storage to accommodate my family.

We had such a great experience with On the Sand Vacation Rentals. The grounds were gorgeous and very well maintained. My family loved the pool and hot tub. The beach was our backyard!! Our room was beautiful, very clean and recently updated! We will definitely be going back! The staff was friendly and made sure to give plenty of suggestions of things to do. We were very impressed.

I recently went on vacation through On The Sand to North Coast Village. It was my first time there and it didn’t disappoint. I felt like I was stepping into a magical world when I walked the grounds inside the complex and loved the unique greenery and flowers. We could get directly to the beach from our condo and even with the beautiful beach right there we had to get some time in the amazing pool and secluded hot tub. Everything was so clean and our condo came fully equipped with everything we needed and more. I loved the personal touches like a guest book that went back many years and treats on the kitchen table. On The Sand has great recommendations for restaurants and activities so we walked to nearby places for dinner and it helped narrow down our many options. There is a beautiful pier nearby and the beach is so clean and the whole area is very family friendly. I can’t wait to take my whole family and will definitely be staying in one of On The Sands rentals.

On the sand is the greatest rental management company I have ever worked with. They offered immediate assistance whenever needed and constant communication. From the start of our trip they got back to us during Saturday non-normal hours, they worked with us to fix payment method issues, they listened to our needs and they accommodated our inquiries and requests instantly. They are a premier absolutely superb rental company. I would seek out properties managed by them to rent in the future it was such a fantastic experience.
