Please note: This is a great vacation cottage condo with super quick access to the sand (just down the stairs and through the gate). While staying in A20 it’s easy to get caught up in the beach energy as you are located right on the corner of "The Strand" and Breakwater Way. The condo's unique location and balcony are perfect for people-watching and soaking up the laid-back beach vibe. On the weekends, the location turns into a car lover's paradise—you'll see every type of vehicle imaginable coast by, from classic restorations and sleek sports cars to tricked-out rides that lift, tilt, and bounce to the music. Please note that the building visible in the photos houses public restrooms and rinse stations. While this is incredibly convenient when tracking back in from the beach, it also means higher foot traffic (all part of that vibrant beach environment!).

The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
