We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. Bldg A is an older building than the large complex on the other side of the road. It is well taken care of and clean. Complex managers very nice.

Unit has good sized bedroom, easy access to small pool in complex, small patio for outdoor eating. Ceiling fan in living room was horribly loud and rickety but was replaced when I reported it to management.

Beautiful place to stay! We walked from our condo to Stratford at the Harbor 3 times during the week we stayed to have their delicious breakfast. Facilities were clean, we definitely ended up using the fans they provided to pull some of the cool air into the condo in the evening from the windows and the balcony. Great place to stay and we would definitely come back again!

The complex grounds are very very clean, the beach location is awesome. Overall a nice unit for the money. Will stay at this complex again soon.

We had a lovely stay in Oceanside! So nice to be close to the beach! Lots to do around the area and having a dedicated parking spot made it easy! Very comfortable bed and easy to use home!

As advertised, this condo complex is right on the beach. You can hear the ocean from this condo unit. We had a nice time and appreciated the change of scenery! When there was an electrical issue, On-The-Sands responded and repaired immediately!  We loved being so close to the beach. We appreciated having the beach toys and accessories as well as the pack and play.

We had a great stay in this condo! It had everything we needed for our stay, comfortable bed, lovely kitchen, sand toys for kids, umbrella, etc. location is super, 2 min walk to the best beach!!

We stayed in unit A-209 it was a wonderful experience ! This unit was perfect for our family of four. Such a wondeful place! We took our 4 year old and 6 year old and they loved it as well. The North Coastal Village is a fantastic, well kept place to enjoy your vacation time. The property had extensive activities for cloudy beach days; pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table, foosball, gym. And the grounds were beautiful, like a tropical oasis Everything you need is there to relax and enjoy your stay. The unit is very clean, nicely updated, and nice appliances. It was also stocked with the basics. The beds and bedding were cozy and comfortable and plenty of quality towel- sound of the ocean outside. Best location in Oceanside, in my opinion. Can't go wrong!!The beach was terrific with great waves. My kids said it was their favorite vacation ever! Booking with Misty was very efficient and simple. Next time, My first call will be to On-The-Sand. Amazing, amazing place just steps from the beach! Loved our week there and will definitely return. HIGHLY recommend! Thank u!

This unit was perfect for our family of four. Two kids shared the hide-a-bed in the main room. The unit is very clean, nicely updated, and nice appliances. It was also stocked with the basics. Booking with Mark was very efficient and simple. Next time, My first call will be to On-The-Sand, as this is our third condo rental done with them, and all were perfect. Thanks Mark!

We had a wonderful stay and the condo had everything you could need. The only thing we found a problem is the VERY Large Coffee Table in front of the fold out sofa. It is very heavy takes two people to move and then when you do it's in the way of the sliding door so you can then not get out to the deck. Other then that it was GREAT. Loved it and booking again for next year.
