A22 - Oceanfront Dream

We had an amazing time in Oceanside. The space was perfect for our family and the location is top notch. Incredible beach access. Great pool options. A short walk to downtown and the pier. The only thing that was unexpected at all was the lack of a washer and dryer in the unit. Not a big deal at all, simply had the expectation there would be based on the listing. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

I’m sorry to hear that noise from the public restrooms impacted your stay. They’re maintained by the city, and while we don’t have control over that area, we understand it can be disruptive at times. Our team checks in regularly to make sure things stay safe and clean, and most guests find the location to be very family-friendly.
Your rental does include one reserved parking space in the covered garage, with additional city parking just across the street. Parking can feel tight in this area, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue working on ways to make the experience as smooth as possible for future guests. We had a wonderful visit at Oceanside! Location was great and loved being right on the beach. Was nosey at night due to being on the Main Street, but tolerable. Loved that there was a pool and hot tub in the building and it wasn’t as busy as the main pool on the other side. Kids loved being able to play ping pong and golf. Had all the essential beach gear which was a huge plus. Having boogies boards and an umbrella was wonderful! Didn’t need to bring our own! The actually place good use some updating, especially the dishwasher. But was clean and fine for us. Would highly recommend.

One can for forget the sounds of the surf, the smell of the salty air and the reason why everyone is smiling. It isn't because it's California, but it's where you're standing when you are embracing nature such as in these pics. I sure miss the Jersey shore and Miami beach living in Las Vegas now due to a career. Don't let life stop you from booking a stay here in A22. We were sad to leave. It is bigger than it looks and quite breezy. I had to make a call for help and it was quickly resolved due to my silliness. Beach chairs: ck, boogie boards: ck-it's all here. Only thing missing is you.

We had a fun trip here. The view is great and it is really right on the sand. If we come back we will probably stay inside the resort instead of on the Strand, mainly because it was a little too noisy for us. I can see how some might enjoy the location though. It was fun to sit on the back deck and people watch. The view of the sunset was also unreal.

Everything was pretty great overall. The roads were closed for several hours due to the pier fire which made it tricky to get back but this was no fault of the property

Loved being so close to the beach, home was great and well stocked. Only complaint was the street sweeper that sometimes started at 4am and would drive back and forth under our window. Other than that everything was great :)

We arrived late at night in an unfamiliar area. Better signage and lighting would have been helpful to park and obtain keys. We were instructed to go to the visitor lot, but found that every space there was an assigned parking space. We eventually found the security office, but it also needs better signage. After finally finding our parking area, and getting to our condo unit, we were thrilled with the sounds and sights of the ocean. Better signage from the parking garage to the actual unit would have been helpful also. We had been flying all day and were quite exhausted. Our unit was lovely, but could use some updating. The carpeting was not very clean and needs to be replaced. Given the beach location LVT flooring might make more sense. The secondary bathroom needs more hooks or towel racks. Other than that, we found the unit to be in a wonderful location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We explored all of Oceanside and Carlsbad, and loved the area.

I just stayed in A22 for 4 nights. Our time on the beach and in the local community was wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the location of this condo because it is near a public restroom facility. I'm a light sleeper and at night I heard noise from people using this facility, people talking and the cars passing outside the main bedroom.

Right on the water, nice to sit on the patio looking at the ocean. It is in front of the busy strand and the public bathroom so you will see some interesting characters. Well equipped with everything you need. Overall a nice stay. Beds were comfortable. About a 15 minute walk to the pier.

Good location, great views, sleeps up to 6 comfortably with the pull out mattress in the sofa, and was clean and accomodating (plenty of boogie boards and beach gear in the closet). Only drawbacks I would say is that the shower in the master bathroom is quite small and you have to walk up and down quite a bit of stairs when hauling your luggage to and from the parking garage. Other than that I have no complaints.

The landscaping is lucious and very beautiful! As soon as you walk through the door, you're captured by the view of the beach and ocean, truly breathtaking! It is so spacious and beautiful! We loved all of the beach decor, the pictures on the walls, the fireplace, etc.! Fully stocked with everything you need in a home-away-from home! It is surprisingly quiet! We rarely heard our neighbors.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to spend Spring break. Ocean views were amazing. It was very clean and well stocked. The master bedroom bed was AMAZING! The setup in the second bedroom was perfect for my 2 young kids. We will definitely book this condo again.

Loved everything about this condo, the beach, Oceanside and the surrounding area. The ocean views are spectacular! We loved sleeping with the windows open to hear the waves at night. Oceanside offers a perfect mix of tourist and local feels including the Sunset Market. Amenities met all of our needs including beach equipment for sunbathing and swimming. Best Spring Break trip this far for my family. Highly recommend and plan to visit again!

We loved everything about this condo! It was such a comfortable place to stay. The unit was well kept and clean and the absolute perfect location just steps to the beach!!! The On-the-sand team was amazing to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

This place has it all! Directly in front of the beautiful Ocean Waves - Fully stocked with everything we needed - Pools & Spas to warm up in when the ocean was too cold- and a super clean and beautiful condo. Best place to stay on the beach!! We will be back soon

Unit A22 is wonderful ! I have stayed in other units and I needed to bring many things from home. This unit has everything you need, and a great view! Loved the sound of the ocean and the space. It is decorated beautifully and has all new dishes, flatware , glasses etc. and enough of them to go around! Thank you for allowing us to share this unit❤️

Had a 7 night stay with 6 awesome ladies & enjoyed this cozy condo with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable & fully stocked kitchen. They only supply 8 towels which was not enough for 6 women for 7 nights. (Laundry is not something I want to be doing on vacation). You have to make a reservation for the pool & hot tub which we couldn’t get sometimes because our group was too big. It’s within walking distance to everything.

Had a 7 night stay with 6 awesome ladies & enjoyed this cozy condo with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable & fully stocked kitchen. It took 4 hours for the refrigerator to get cold so our ice melted & created a mess. They only supply 8 towels which was not enough for 6 women for 7 nights. (Laundry is not something I want to be doing on vacation). Also. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels are supplied. Vertical blinds definitely need to go. You have to make a reservation for the pool & hot tub which we couldn’t get sometimes because our group was too big. It’s within walking distance to everything.

We had a wonderful time. Incredible location. We have a 3 year old and it was soooo easy to go down to the beach and then back for naps. Super fun people watching! Beautiful views!!!
We sat on the balcony every morning and evening. The pool was beautiful. Easy walk to the pier. We will stay here again for sure!! Thank you so much!!!

Amazing in every way. I highly recommend this unit. Clean, comfy beds, well decorated, and BEACH FRONT. We loved watching the waves, swimming and enjoying Oceanside. This is our third time staying in this unit because we have made it a tradition!

BEST Beach front condo out there! What a hidden gem at an amazing rental price! The unit was so clean and so stylish. We loved being front row to the beach. We loved being on the quiet side of the complex. It was literally like being at the SPA. Their are two heated pools, two hot tubs, two dry saunas, an upscale workout room, and beautiful grounds. The grounds remind me of being in Hawaii. The condo itself was hands down the favorite place for my whole family and we have kids 5, 11 & 13 and they all agreed! The kitchen had everything we needed. We ate breakfast on the balcony each day and slept with the windows open to hear the waves. The decorations in the unit are fantastic. We felt at home. I honestly have zero negatives about the unit. We will be back! We already booked our next trip. Thank you for letting us enjoy this beach front dream!
