A300 - Pier View Paradise

This was a great condo, a family of 5 we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we'd need. REALLY appreciated the beach toys and towels provided. You are literally steps away from the beach. I was hesitant about there being no AC but we actually were pretty comfortable without it. End of June and the day temps in the 70s and night temps in the 60s, gorgeous. Check in was easy and quick. My 6 year old really enjoyed the koi pond on property too. :) Would definitely book here again.

Overall, it was a great condo. The checkin process may have been the fastest I've ever experienced, which is very helpful, with young children. Very convenient location. Our family enjoyed the trip and we highly recommend others stay here.

Lovely condo! I love when the place looks just like the pictures and it did! Great view from balcony even though it’s not directly facing water it was really nice. Nice beds, bedding and towels. Super easy walk to beach, literally 3 min walk from the building. Will definitely come back!

This was a beautiful, clean, roomy condo with excellent views of the beach with a balcony. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere. We can highly recommend the condo.

We had so much fun on our trip to oceanside. North Coast Village was perfect for us because it was so close to the beach. We have an 8 month old and a 3 year old and the fact that the beach was 150 feet away from the property made nap times so much easier:) We loved how you had a pack n play and high chair! Thank you so much for everything!

We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. The location is unbeatable: beach in front and close to great restaurants and the pier. The hostess was quick to reply whenever he had any questions.

Location, location, location. Being so close to the beach plus having access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs was just a perfect mix for our family. Covered parking was an added bonus as well as being within walking distance from the pier and harbor restaurants (and the weekly farmer's market). WiFi was more than sufficient for two of us that were working during our stay. Had no issues and most of our days are spent doing video calls. We've stayed in a few places in Oceanside and this location with amenities was by far our favorite. We'll be coming back.

Amazing What an amazing property, we enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff we encountered were friendly and the neighbors were a joy to speak to in passing. The view was amazing and the house was clean and had all the cooking essentials we needed. We stayed with the windows open all day and night to enjoy the ocean sounds. Will definitely book again in the future perfect for family or a group of friends.

Quiet place, except for the train but it’s manageable. Food delivery can be done but someone has to go out to meet the person because they can’t get in. Great views and near all the local restaurants and beach.

NCV is the perfect Southern Cal beach town stay. All the amenities you need are right there whether you want to just stay in the complex or hang at the beach. This was our 3rd trip to NCV and its always wonderful. Oceanside has a little of everything and the Thursday markets are great. On-the-Sand was a great host and very responsive to any communications.

A300 was lovely unit to stay at during our Staycation in Oceanside. You simply can't beat the ocean views and well maintained unit. On-The-Sand.com runs a top notch crew and their marketing and check in and check out information was above and beyond our expectations. We will be referring them for sure.

Great location and easy access to the beach. Place was nice, comfy beds, and clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and extra baby things made it easier to travel with kids! Will stay again!

The location is fantastic for a quick walk to the beach. It was even quick with 2 toddlers and a wagon full of beach stuff! The condo and neighbors were very quiet, the walls blocked out noise more than I anticipated and we never heard other neighbors or rarely even each other in the other rooms when the door was closed. The traffic out the windows is somewhat loud at night with the window open, but that is to be expected. The cool ocean breeze can't be beat though and we would definitely stay here again!!

Nicely upgraded and comfortable condo with some ocean view and easy access to pool, jacuzzi and beach. All rooms have windows that face the street and train but they have been upgraded to help block sound.

This condo is wonderful with gorgeous views of the ocean and pier! I really appreciated the larger table, bar seating on the balcony, as well as extra seating at the bar. They use the space well, even allowing for plenty of storage in kitchen and closets, which makes your stay feel more clean and comfortable. This is a beautiful condo!

We have been staying at NCV a couple of times each summer for the last 5 years with family making wonderful memories with our grandest kids. Love the condos..so conveniently located across the street from the beach. The grandest kids enjoy playing in the pool. Always a wonderful time!

My family and I loved our stay! The place was beautiful and the location was wonderful! There is only one thing that would have made this stay better - air conditioning. The lack of had us keeping our windows opened throughout the day and night which brought in noises from the street and nearby trains. Overall, a beautiful place and enjoyable stay!

A300 has since had sound barrier windows installed to dampen outside noise and reduce any disturbance from the train.

We had the absolute best week in A300! The beach was even closer then we expected, making it a short maybe 3-5 min walk to the beach from our room to the water! And we could hear the waves crashing all night and it was glorious. It was absolutely pristine and updated beautifully! I love that our kids had their own bathroom and TV, and having a queen bed and twin in the kids room made it a perfect sleeping arrangement for our 3 kids. And having that main living space with a big sectional couch made us feel so comfortable and at home. I could have stayed a month ? It was also even more stocked then we had anticipated so we ended up overpacking because I didn't read the list very well of what all they include in the room. North coast village was also soooo quiet, I was surprised to not see more vacationers but I thoroughly enjoyed having the pool and hot tub mostly to ourselves. The property management company were AWESOME and checked in on us through text multiple times, and I'm not sure if it was the owner or the management company but they even brought us brand new boogie boards to use while we were there! My ONLY complaint would be the train, which I was prepared for after reading reviews on north coast, but A300 does back up to the train track and the train came a lot more than I was anticipating. And it wouldn't bother me so much if you had the windows closed, but we liked them open for air flow since there's no AC and so we could hear the ocean. So that part was the only inconvenience since it woke my kids in the night. But we just ended up getting a sound maker and turned it really loud for them and then they didn't seem to notice it anymore. It's also backed up to the road so the cars would get pretty loud too. But like I said, it was still so much better then I anticipated and we didn't want to leave!! It was a perfect family vacation getaway, we will be back!
