We absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed as a family of five—two adults and three kids ranging in age from 3–8—and the layout was perfect for us. The arcade machine was a huge hit with the kids, and the view from the upper deck was truly a highlight of our stay. This was easily one of the most well-equipped rentals we’ve ever stayed in—every kitchen item we needed, plus thoughtful extras like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, welcome snacks and water, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of toilet paper, and paper towels.The large pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. We loved being so close to the beach, walking along the Strand, and having cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

Absolutely loved our January girls’ getaway at this Oceanside beach condo! Coming down from gray, drizzly Seattle, this place felt like an instant mood-lift. ☀️ The ocean views were unreal—morning coffee on the balcony with the sound of waves is something I’m still dreaming about. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly set up by someone who gets what a relaxing beach stay should feel like. The location couldn’t have been better: easy beach access, walkable to cute shops and restaurants, and perfect for long coastal walks without the summer crowds. January was ideal—sunny days, mild temps, and a peaceful vibe that made it easy to truly unwind and reconnect with friends. As a mom, I especially appreciated how comfortable and well-equipped the condo was; everything just worked, which meant zero stress. This was the perfect spot for a girls trip—equal parts restful and fun—and we all left saying we’d 100% come back. If you’re escaping the Pacific Northwest winter and craving ocean air, sunshine, and a beautiful home base, this condo is it. 🌊💙

We had a great experience here! The bunk beds were everything our kids had been dreaming about. The grounds were dreamy, with an awesome walk to the beach with a great pool and hot tub set up. We will 100% stay here again!

Excellent place to spend our family vacation. Loved the pool, landscaped grounds and proximity to the beach. The unit was well equipped for kids, beach buggy packed and ready to go! The kitchen was very well stocked, felt like a home away from home.

We loved every bit of the house, swimming pool/spa and the grounds. It was peaceful and quiet. Plus, easy access to a beautiful (almost private) beach. We walked to the beach and local restaurants.
Back to the house, it was perfect for our teen and adult children! We will definitely be coming back!

Visited in September, it was a Great place to stay for a family vacation…private gated garage, good view of ocean from back deck. Kids bed area was really fun and unique. Beds clean and comfy. Bathrooms the same. Great private feel inside condos. Many rinse stations for sand removal at gate entrances which was helpful. Just a walk down the beach which was magical! We would definitely stay again.
Only bummer was window AC units are $150 to turn on. After a day of having the place open, and fans going it was tolerable but being on the 3rd floor, that first night was hot. They house has 3-4 box fans for use that were helpful!

The $150 fee is in place because of the extra work involved with setting them up, maintaining them, and ensuring they are running properly before and after each stay. For most of the year, the ocean breezes and fans keep the condos comfortable, but we understand that on warmer days it can be a nice option to have. Our stay was fantastic, great accommodations with a relaxing atmosphere! We love North Coast Village and have stayed before but this time it was by far the best we have stayed at. The view from the upstairs balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing, very enjoyable in the evening sitting out listening to the waves and enjoying the nighttime. The condo felt like home and had all we needed and much more for our family weekend. Yes, the trains go by often but if you keep the upstairs window on the street side closed sleeping was fine. I would recommend another fan for upstairs if you like to stay cooler as we were on the warm side. There was a fan for downstairs master which was great for airflow since there is only one window in the master.

It was good so far, the place is pretty beautiful, lovely landscape, lots to do.
The condo was clean, as described, and recently remodeled. The amenities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the train noise, as the tracks are very close by and can be quite noticeable, especially at night. Overall, though, it was a good experience and a nice place to stay.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. We enjoyed proximity to the beach and small shops. The decor is so cute and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved the spacious set up. It would have been nice to have A/C, but keeping the fans going helped. As mentioned in the description, there are trains and you definitely hear them when they pass. We appreciated the thoughtful addition of white noise machines in the bedrooms to help at night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beach property vacation.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled. The location of the apartment is not as close to the beach as it seems, and there is a train that goes by which makes it noisy at night, especially if the windows are open during the hot summer nights. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

This is a gorgeous unit, it feels so luxuriously beachy and adorable! Cozy, comfortable, and really easy to work relax into ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥥🥥🥥🥥🥥🥥 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals, and fast access for back-and-forth to the beach. It almost feels like a private beach since most people head south of the property. The pool and hot tub are a really nice bonus. The grounds are like an exotic tropical garden, you feel like you’re in Hawaii. We all loved watching and for feeding the Koi and ducks! We had some evening walks up the beach to get treats and watch the sunset (a couple miles is easy to sneak in every day). The perfect setting for a fun and cozy family vacation, my kids said they want to go back. What happened? LOVE!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have stayed at many rentals, and have been catfished many times. In addition, reviews are often filtered out to highlight rather than show the good and the bad. With that being said, this place stood out in every category. It was the BEST accommodations we have ever stayed in. It was pristine clean as if no one has ever entered the place before us. In addition, there was every accommodation and amenity within the unit that you could imagine. The design and decor are also on point. The only thing I will note, is that the complex can be difficult to navigate at first, but you catch on quick.

This condo was amazing!!! The condo was just as described. It was in a gated, secure building/parking. There were pools and hot tubs, a putting green, gym, and recreation room. It is within walking distance to the ocean. Very clean, nicely decorated, and updated. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. There is a railway close by that does not use a horn but you can hear it. That wasn't a deal breaker for us. But in case you're sensitive to noise, keep that in mind. We would MOST definitely return if we visited the area again!!!

First, the bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in for a rental! The whole condo was perfect, just the right size for our family of 4. The wagon and beach supplies was a HUGE plus thank you The view was magnificent, parking easy to follow and secure building very quiet. The whole area where the condo is was very homey. Loved siting out on balcony with no bugs to eat you alive. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay.

This was a great place for a family. It was nice to have a bed for each of our teenagers to sleep in so they did not have to share. The location is wonderful and the grounds are amazing. The condo was clean and was well supplied. We had a great vacation, and this condo was a big part of the reason.

Unit was clean. Location is close to beach and restaurants. View from upper porch was nice. Train noise wasn’t bad from our experience. Kitchen well stocked with plates, cups, and utensils. Overall, it was a good stay and we would book again in the future.
