Unit 314 offers a glimpse of the ocean, with coastal views from the rooftop balcony and swaying palm trees visible from the main floor. The upstairs sundeck features a spacious patio table—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a drink, all while enjoying the soothing sounds of the ocean breeze.

Enjoy cooking in a bright, modern kitchen complete with beautiful wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and custom countertops. Whether you're preparing a quick beachside snack or a full family dinner, this fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. The dining table seats six comfortably—perfect for shared meals, board games, or spending quality time with friends and family.

LIVING AREA
Coastal Glimpse features a spacious living room with comfortable seating for all guests—a warm and inviting space to relax and enjoy quality time together. It includes a cozy sofa, two modern chairs, and a plush recliner—perfect for curling up by the fireplace on cooler days. A 50” Smart TV with extended cable offers plenty of entertainment for movie nights or quiet mornings, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

SLEEPING
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests, with plenty of space to stretch out:
Primary Suite (Upstairs) – King bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen Smart TV,  and a large closet for easy storage.
Guest Bedroom (Downstairs) – Two full beds, a ceiling fan, a closet and a smart TV.

BATHROOM 
Both bathrooms feature thoughtfully chosen finishes:
Downstairs Bathroom – Walk in shower and a separated vanity, and plenty of lighting. 
Upstairs Bathroom – Features a tub/shower combo, a separated vanity and plenty of lighting.

- The owner has also provided a beach wagon to make your trips to and from the beach a little easier!

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
