This place was great! We have 3 kids under 5 years and the location was amazing. We used our wagon to walk to the beach. It was super easy. No one is under you which is nice with kids. Getting to and from parking was close. The space was much larger than I was expecting and made it feel so spacious. The community was so pretty and had everything. We also felt very safe. The place was great! I couldn’t say enough good things about it. We had to talk to on the sand office for a small normal maintenance thing and they were so responsive and easy to talk too and so nice. They went above and beyond for us which was not necessary but very thoughtful. Totally would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here! It perfectly accommodated our needs for the week, and was a perfect location. If you know Cali, it can be hard to find AirBnb’s in locations where you’re 100% comfortable and safe. We were absolutely satisfied with the complex & walk to the beach. We will be back!!

This resort is a lush tropical condo village with landscaping and amenities rivaling many tropical island destinations. This unit was a perfect location within the complex, close to the beach and Oceanside amenities. Very clean, this unit has been kept well for its age. Nice cooking inventory and beach supplies. Cannot say enough good things about this unit and the host. We will be returning!

Property is really nice .kitchen has everything you need . Very good white bath towels:) They provided beach chairs, umbrella ,Boogie boards and beach towels. Definitely staying in this property again!

This place was awesome! Super close to the beach and the added pool/hot tub and other amenities were great! We enjoyed being close to all the yummy food at the harbor also. The room was super clean and stoked with everything we needed! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay in an ideal location. The condo was as described and as expected. There were a few issues during our 4+ week stay (broken dishwasher and drain back up) but both were dealt with quickly and with great communication. We would stay here again.

Great experience. The check-in process was smooth. It was our second time on this property and everything went well. The location is great - right at the beach. There is plenty of restaurants close by in Oceanside.

Unit is exactly as described. Very clean and has all the amenities. We were there during the COVID restrictions and there were a lot of additional rules and restrictions that were unfortunate but were well communicated at check-in. Beautiful property. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We stayed in C109 from Mar.1 until Mar.17. Unfortunately we had to cut our time short because of Covid 19 so that we could get back to Canada. The unit was clean, tidy and had everything you would need to spend a month or longer there. The unit was close to the pool, barbecue area, fitness room and of course the beach. Lots of great restaurants are with in walking distance to North Coast Village. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The grounds are lovely and hats off to the grounds keepers.

Better than advertised. The complex was well maintained. Condo had everything you need. Parking was the best. Would recommend the condo to anyone.

I can only think of positive things to share about our 2 week stay. North Coast Villiage is a beautiful complex and we absolutely loved staying at this particular condo! The condo is clean and had everything we needed. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great one bedroom unit. Newly remodeled, nice kitchen and very clean. We had a great stay. Right above the hot tub for easy access to the pool. Also, easy access to the elevator if you are pushing a kid in a stroller like us or have someone in a wheelchair. On the Sand is wonderful to work with to get you into a good unit. I highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit while vacationing in Oceanside. The unit was simple and clean, making for a comfortable stay in North Coast Village. The location of the condo was also great, close to the pool/spa, with a nice view of the village grounds. We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this unit and would likely book the condo again while visiting Oceanside.

The staff at on the sand answered our questions immediately and helped us with any Issues we had , the condo was in great condition and stocked well for our needs for almost a 2 Month stay ;) thanks again in the sand
