KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy tile flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This beautifully upgraded kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals!
The dining area comfortably seats 4 with additional seating available at the balcony table.
LIVING AREAS
Enjoy midcentury modern furniture pieces throughout the unit. The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements. Relax on either the large couch or one of the two smaller leather chairs and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
This is also a two-bathroom condo with a tub-shower combo and separate vanity in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom.
SLEEPING
C300 is set up to sleep 6 guests with a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedrooms also each host Smart TVs with cable.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
EXTRAS
C300 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2)
1 assigned parking space in the garage below the building. This condo’s spot is very close to the elevator.

C300 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We would like to book a two bedroom condominium for the month of January. If we give you a deposit now, what is your cancelation policy?
Answer:
In the case of cancellation of the reservation by Guest the calendars will be opened up and if the unit books for the contracted lease price of stay the Guest will be refunded the paid balance minus a $75 cancellation fee and cost of trip insurance (if opted-in). If the unit is unable to book the paid balance is non-refundable.
