C300 Mid-Century Palm Paradise

Such a great vacation place! Walking distance to the beach, had pool/jacuzzi & other activities that kids could do, & clean rental place! No complains at all! Will definitely stay here again!

The condo was great as always everything we need was right there, we were about 100 yards from the water. Everything in working order and also where u park your car is about as close as u can get . Just 2 floors down and enter the parking lot and there it is. Loved it and on the sand is the best.

Customer service was great and timely. Property is as advertised. I would fully recommend this property and would consider another stay. Excellent on how all beach equipment, including a tent, boards, and even a cooler was provided.

This was an excellent unit. Everything was very clean. The view was great, there’s super short walk to the beach, large parking spot in parking garage (we fit our suburban), & the condo has plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards. The pool and BBQ area was easily accessible. The complex as several gates to get in and out of to walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan to return again!

This home was nicely furnished with newer Ikea mid-century style furniture. There was a welcome bowl with some snacks to greet us upon arrival. The unit has an oversized leather sofa and three side chairs, one of which was a modern ottoman recliner. There was a big-screen TV in the living room and a pretty big TV in each bedroom. The kitchen had a good assortment of pans and serving dishes and utensils. The only condiments provided was salt and pepper. They could have given us more than 1 day of dish soap, but otherwise it was well stocked. The closet had several beach chairs and three medium size boogie boards and one child size boogie board. There were two coolers in the closet and many fans. The box fans would tip over and we got lots of bruised feet, so I suggest using the tower fans, but otherwise, it was a great stay. The assigned parking spot was very convenient to the elevator. The complex has a pool and is a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. There's a super nice, several mile long, bike path just across the street from the complex.

 We had a great vacation in Oceanside, CA, and really enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. North Coast is in a great location with plenty to do and see within walking distance. The condo is exactly as described and has everything you need in the kitchen for preparing all your meals. We had to get used to sleeping with the windows open, but after the 1st night, it became our norm and was fine. Communication with the property manager was good. We would stay here again.

Great Condo....pool was big lots of acitivity and families. Short walk to the beach. Very secure...gates are all over the place. Only thing was No AC. I missed this on booking but other than that it was amazing

Staying in this apartment was incredible, a very beautiful and peaceful place, I went with my family and everyone liked it, we went to the gym, the whirlpool, the pools. We like everything!

Great: Stayed a month in February. End unit, furniture and carpets new, great cookware. Unlike most of the units I have occupied at NCV this one is not packed with leftover junk from previous tenants (tupperware, soppy cups, etc. etc.) There IS actually space to put groceries and clothes away. Dressers in bedrooms, Crate and Barrel furniture.. My husband is a meditator and layout allowed him to be in the Master "suite" and not hear me rattling around in the living area. We are from a small town and are older; the street noise was a little annoying, but also could hear the waves. A note about North Coast Village: very well run, Grounds keepers do an excellent job. Lush landscaping in the complex. On-the-Sand rental agency is extremely responsive and the staff does an excellent job. Thanks to all.

The unit was as described and fit our family's need to be close to the ocean, down town and Camp Pendleton. We would stay in this complex the next time we are in Oceanside.

We LOVED our stay here! We were coming to the area to visit our son which is a Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton! The unit was clean and had all the necessary provisions that were needed for me to make a home cooked meal for my son as well as the amenities for the comforts of "home" away from home! The complex is beautiful and makes you feel like you are worlds away from the real world with the tropical oasis and fabulous pool, hot tub, and gym! Look forward to staying here again when we visit the next time!

You won’t be disappointed with On-The-Sand. The location is perfect and the complex/resort is accommodating for large or small families. The only complaint I have is that we didn’t stay longer, but that’s on me.

We loved our week long stay at C300 !! Location was fantastic and the actual suite itself was outstanding. Lots of room for 4 (or even 6 if you need it). Two bathrooms is a huge bonus and the kitchen has everything you need. We will definitely be back !!

Location is perfect, the lush grounds are amazing and really give a tropical feel. The pool and hot tub are perfect to come back to after being out all day. The facility has a lot to offer.

Very lovely place! It's So close to the beach, just a short walk; a beautiful pool; lovely folage all over the property; large beautiful apartment; all kinds of amenities...we would recommend this to any vacationer!
