C303 - Pacific Dream

One of the best places to stay in Oceanside. Beautiful lush landscaping, with running streams and waterfalls. Large beautiful pool. Large Hot tub. Great place for a family vacation. Property is right on the beach. This unit (C303) is about a 5 minute or less walk to beach. Only possible negative is the laundry is not in the units. Although they do have a good laundromat on the property. Good workout room. Elevators are a little confusing until you get used to them. Basically a very good choice for staying in oceanside. This was my second stay at North Coast Village. I will return.

We've stayed in this complex at least once a year for years. This unit has comfortable beds! And is well appointed. Plenty of towels, extra linens, beach things. The company is responsive and easy to reach.

The property was very clean and very well appointed. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The kitchen had every dish and utensil we needed to easily make our meals. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future. Highly recommend.

Condo was very well-equipped. Welcoming, clean unit and comfortable beds. Short, enjoyable walk to the beach. It was fun to watch a surfing contest and dolphins playing nearby. The grounds of the complex are immaculate and maintained to the highest standard. The surrounding gardens and courtyard are beautiful and are cared for with great pride. Also liked that the reserved parking spot in the garage was extremely close to the condo. This was our 2nd stay in North Coast Village and definitely will be returning.

Complex is large and easy to get lost at first. However location is great with short <15 minute walk to many restaurants, happy hours, etc. Condo was clean with no issues. Definitely recommended and would stay again.

We loved going to the beach multiple times daily. The pool and the hot tub were great. My kids loved the Koi Pond. Beds were comfy! TV was great to gather round and watch. Cool open air markets in town on Thursday. Pier, shops, ice cream! It was a great trip.

Beautiful complex. The surrounding of the hot tub is very soothing . The location is great , very Close to the beach. Very well equipped on sand toys and beach equipment.

Everything was exactly as listed. Gorgeous property grounds. Warm enough pool even though we had cooler days. Clean, well-stocked unit. Already planning our next trip to this area and plan to return here.

Lovely spot for family that loves the beach a block away, large pool and jacuzzi. Clean and beach feel to the place. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely visit again!

What a great place to stay! Loved that they had all the beach toys/chairs/towels. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and being able to walk from the to the beach. Amazing views, very clean place and great communication. We would stay again.

We loved our stay. Great accommodations and location. One of the nicer units we have stayed at in the North County complex. we appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and bogey boards. Nice decor and clean. Great place to stay!

Thank you! Our family of six had a wonderful time at this (C-303) lovely get-away! Our check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We opened the door to our condo with soft music playing and windows slightly opened, letting in the fresh ocean breeze; the condo was sparkling clean and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Usually cooking in other kitchens other than my own, I am all thumbs! This kitchen was so convenient and has everything at your fingertips, which made it a pleasant experience cooking for a family of six. So much fun playing card games and eating our meals together and enjoying all the comforts, along with the lovely atmosphere this condo lends. From the balconies there are amazing views of the ocean and we were able to watch the surfers catching the waves! The grounds are beautiful, truly a paradise boasting with lush green tropical plants, flowers and waterfalls, as well as Koi Ponds! Then to add to all that you have the beach just steps away for a day at playing on-the sand! This condo has all the beach toys, umbrella and chairs; making it so nice to grab want we need and head to the beach. The pier is in walking distance providing lots of good food! This place has it all and is a great place to get away!

We had such a wonderful stay! All the amenities you could ask for, perfectly clean, and right on the beach! The check in was easy, and the condo was well furnished. There were two adults and four teenagers, and we all fit perfectly, and the complex was wonderful with lots for the kids to do. The location right on the beach was excellent, and makes it easier to lug all those chairs and umbrellas and towels. We’d love to stay here again!

Stayed here with 2 adults, 4 kids. Location was great! Easy walk to the beach, and local restaurants. The grounds were beyond gorgeous. Lush, tropical, exotic plants everywhere. It felt like a tropical getaway. Each night before bed, took our youngest to feed the koi fish their dinner, that was a hit. We will be back for sure!

The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family. Close to everything and the kids had fun doing all the beach activities. The unit was big enough for all 6 of us to enjoy ourselves without being on top of each other. The only down side was that we did not have internet service as they were having issues with our unit. We had to go several times to other places to get WiFi as we run our own business and had to get things docusigned before the holiday.

The facility was beautiful - we especially loved the koi fish and the short walk to the beach. The apartment was more than sufficiently furnished and we also appreciated the beach toys, chairs, extra towels and boogie boards. We would stay there again!

We loved our stay!! On-The-Sand's place was awesome. We walked down the ocean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment has everything you need, and it was very clean and comfortable. Sadly we couldn't do to much because the virus. But we got to play some board games and do lots of cooking. We watched some movies and spent some time with each other. We would love to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo and we love North Coast Village. This was the first vacation, even after 8 days, that I was not ready to go home. We had plenty of space for our family of 6 . We also could get to the beach, pool, harbor, & pier so quick. Our family plans to vacation here at least yearly.

We have returned to this unit for 4-5 weeks for twelve years! We keep going back because it is always comfortable, clean and well equipped for a great vacation! The owners and management are a pleasure to deal with. The North Coast Village complex is extremely well cared for, right on the beach and the views are amazing. It is convenient to the pier, downtown area, harbour and train station. We would highly recommend C303!

From the start of the booking process until our departure from C303, the whole process worked extremely well. It was our first visit to the USA, so getting the support of Shanna and the team was great. C303 was a great apartment and North Coast Village a good location with not only direct beach access but also very helpful HOA staff. Oceanside is on the up and they are working on more improvement. A good location base for exploring other places along the coast.

This condo has EVERYTHING that you will need for your stay at the beach. I wish I would have known of everything that was in the condo before we left from Az-because I brought a lot that I did not need to bring, which I suppose is a good thing. You will enjoy this roomy fully stocked condo just a short walk from the water.
