The property had everything we needed. The bathroom was a tad small but the kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! Pictures are accurate and condo is clean. Great location to walk to pier or harbor and enjoy the beach. Only thing that I wish was more clear is that this condo is not ground level walk out to the beach but is a very close walk.

It’s a beautiful property and all of the things you want to do in Oceanside are all within a short walk so there’s no need to use your car to drive anywhere. Unit has a gorgeous view of the beach and pier.

If you are looking for a homey place to stay right on the beach, this is it! Absolutely loved being so close to everything and feeling secure in a gated complex. Everyone was so friendly and instructions were clear when checking in and checking out. Would highly recommend for your next beach vacation!

North Beach Village is an amazing place. The photos do not even do it justice. It was like being in Hawaii. The location is perfect: just a short walk from most anything. We used the free shuttle on Circuit too. The condo itself is clean and well-maintained. It could use an update on decor, but it is very pleasant as-is. The view is over the top of another building, but still has a nice view of the ocean.

Great location in Oceanside, right next to the beach and just a short walk to the pier and restaurants. They also provide you with a parking spot! Balcony has a great view of the ocean. This particular listing was perfect for 2 people. Loved our stay!

Great location! Suggest this listing for sure! Listing and pictures is very accurate, except take note the washer and dryer are not in the condo and you have to bring laundry to an on-site washer and dryer you pay must pay for. We would stay there again for sure! The village was very secure and lots to do.

This condo and north coast village was the perfect place for a weekend at the beach. Photos were accurate, condo was spotless, and their informational binder provided honest feedback on local eateries. Will be planning a longer vacation with On The Sand for next year! Took me back to my favorite childhood vacation memories of the old Disneyland Hotel grounds. Felt like I was in a tropical paradise! Planning a bigger trip for next summer, which I’ll book with your website directly.

Fantastic location. Very clean. Has everything you need. Open the slider and window to hear the ocean. Out the gate and to the beach. Walk to the pier, food and playground. The complex is its own tropical paradise with nice amenities. Here are a few Laundry, ping pong, putting green, Library with books and Dvd's to borrow. Koi pond. Great for kids with pool/beach right there. Beach chairs, sand toys etc in garage. Exceeded our expectations and hope to return. We had a relaxing, great time. Thank you!!

It was a lovely stay. We loved the view from the windows and the proximity to the pool. It was just great and we were super sad to leave. The unit had a musty smell but this is common in homes so close to the beach, and opening the windows for a bit took care of it.

Expect perfection! The condo is clean and the hosts leave you everything for a perfect vacation! Clean linens, towels, extra blankets, and they even left us a complimentary basket with snacks! Great hosts!Thank you for the beautiful accommodations, this was our first trip to California. I have to mention; waking up to the sounds of the ocean, the ocean breeze and palm trees was something I’ll never forget! My favorite spot in the condo was the bedroom which was perfectly placed viewing the Pacific Ocean! Everything was clean and we enjoyed the snacks you left us. The only thing I would add is maybe do some upgrades, modernize the look a bit otherwise everything is PERFECT! Once again thank you for a lovely vacation accommodation!

The property is so beautiful and the location on the beach is wonderful. A very peaceful place. The gym was also a very nice amenity to have and was large with decent equipment.

We had a fabulous stay in D102! Booking, check-in and communication was so easy and the management even checked in with us after a couple of days to see how we were doing. D102 was clean, had everything we needed and we took full advantage of the beautiful view from the deck! It's just 1 flight up and around the corner from the beach. We also appreciated having so many beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for lots of hours at the beach.

We recently stayed here for a few days and it was everything that was advertised. Check in procedures are a little confusing but any of the security guards can point you in the right direction and give you anything you need. The harbor and pier are all within an easy 15 minute walk. Everything in the area just fully reopened from COVID so parking outside the complex is hard to find. But it's right on the beach and was actually pretty quiet after sundown. Overall, a great place for families or couples just wanting a beach trip.

Such a beautiful place! We stayed a week and it felt like home. The view is fantastic, the walk to the beach is short and the facilities make you feel like your in the tropics + a fun pool and awesome hot tub!

Our condo was impeccably clean and the views were amazing. The bed was huge and comfortable with warm blankets (it was colder when we were visiting) and the pull out couch was great for our kids. The location felt safe and we could easily walk right out onto the ocean and enjoy walks, great food and beautiful views.

The description and pictures are very accurate. We had both a view and the sounds of the ocean. It was less than 2 minutes to the beach area. The condo was clean, comfortable and well supplied. We would stay here again.

Had a vacation there for like a month. beautiful condo and views. slept every night in the sound of waves from the ocean. The host was very helpful. There were alot of amenities to cook and clean. We did not had to buy or bring any utensils. The community is also very well built with a garden and a big fish pond. We had a comfortable stay and would visit again.

The space was perfect for my husband and I, and our 4 month old. Location is perfect. The view from the balcony looked slightly better in the pictures but you can still see the beach and hear the waves. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby but also plenty of pots and pans to cook with,
