This rental was in the perfect location to walk around and see beautiful beach views. There is so much to do nearby and with the beach right out front what more could you ask for! The place was clean and decorated beautifully! The property was gorgeous and had many amenities to enjoy. The condo itself was stocked with towels, linens, soap, cleaning supplies, and even beach supplies! The hosts responded quickly and provided all the information we needed for our stay. We loved our stay and would definitely visit again! Thank you On The Sands Vacation rentals!

I booked this nearly last minute on a whim thanks to the recommendation of a friend, and I could not have been happier with my decision. Everything about the place was lovely, especially the view of The Strand and ocean. The condo was spotless when I arrived. The pool, spa, and gaming areas are all so nice and well maintained. In fact, the entire grounds is beautiful!
Simply a wonderful place to stay in Oceanside.

The complex is an older operation but very well maintained. The outdoor plantings, pools, koi pond were just lovely, lush and tropical. Our unit had great views of the beach and ocean, and some recent updates had been done in the kitchen. The owner had left beach equipment which was much appreciated when we took the very short walk to the beach which this complex borders. The unit was comfortable and we had no complaints, although it should be noted that the mirrored walls in both the living area and the bedroom, as well as the bathroom (spotless) which was quite small dated the unit. The communal laundry was a little difficult to use with the payment system they have in place, but other than that, we had no problems. This is not a luxury resort but a condo complex with many year-round residents and some units which are rented out. We liked the mix but know that might not be to everyone's taste. We would definitely return to this complex should we vacation in Oceanside again.

This place was awesome! Beautifully updated, and thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed in a clean, tidy place. We gratefully used the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, made food in the kitchen, and slept comfortably in all three beds (my two kids appreciated not having to share a bed!). We LOVE this location!

Amazing destination. We are already planning our next trip. The condo was exactly as expected. Great kitchen and sleep spaces, beautiful view of the ocean, everything we needed including beach toys. We used it as a home base and a relaxing and comfortable place to chill in the evenings. The bonus was the pool, hot tubs, and game rooms!

I would highly recommend D106. It’s a beautiful condo with a semi/ocean view. It was beautifully decorated and its location was prefect with short walks to restaurants. The landscape on the premises was absolutely beautiful with the waterfalls and the different types of flowers and tropical trees. I would go there again!
