This bedroom is spacious and has a 42” flat screen TV, and a private bath with a vanity area and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is cozy with a queen size bed and bunk beds. It is next to the second bathroom. Keep the bedroom doors open with magnetic door holders to feel the ocean breeze through the whole condo, or shut them for more privacy.
Have worry-free days at the beach using the beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, small cooler and sand toys that are all provided. Laundry facilities, coin operated, are within the North Coast Village Complex.
North Coast Village is a professionally managed, 550-unit condominium complex in a resort setting with a large pool, spa, koi ponds, a clubhouse and lush tropical vegetation. Situated on the beach and along the banks of the San Luis Rey River, it’s a 3-minute stroll to Oceanside Harbor (north) with its shops, restaurants, boating and fishing opportunities, and world-class surf breaks. Oceanside Pier is a 5-minute walk (south) and the burgeoning hotel and restaurant scene in Oceanside’s revitalized downtown is also within easy walking distance.
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

The garage clearance is 6'6". If you have a vehicle that is taller than that, you will need to park in the city lot across the street. It is $5 a day and requires a permit from the HOA to park there overnight.
