D15 - Sea La Vie

I wish I could give D-15 a zero star rating…. Because I would hope everyone would believe me and never want to rent that unit so it would always be available for us? . I'm convinced there's no better unit in the whole complex. It was perfect in every way…. Except for the one picture in the master bedroom that was not centered on the wall. I realized laying in bed one night I just might have OCD ? but really the only thing that would make this better is if it had a washer and dryer in the unit. Besides that you have absolutely everything you need and is in a perfect location!

Wonderful condo! Had everything you would need for a wonderful time! Once we got there we did not want to leave! Ordered a few meals and drinks and made awesome bbq so relaxing bird watched and enjoyed the ocean view with my cocktails! Def will be back! Thank you for the wonderful memories and vacation!! We wanted to try D15 and we are so glad we did. The interior is beautiful. We loved the colors and how they brought out the beach feel. The side windows make it even better for light and catching the ocean breeze. Oh and the kitchen is very well stocked.with everything you need. My wife is a chef and asked me to mention that it was well stocked and the knifes were sharp. Beds were comfortable and loved hearing the waves. Very enjoyable stay at Sea le Vie.

My sister, best friend & her daughter joined me during Spring Break. We loved every second there. We didn't want to waste any time going exploring anywhere else, we stayed there on the beach the whole week, only used gas in the rental car to get back to the airport! Having the ocean right out the door is the only way to spend time at the beach. You can lay in bed in the master bedroom and see the ocean, we opened the window and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Lounge chairs with umbrellas to relax and spend time looking at the ocean, reading or napping was a dream. Patios with tables and chairs while looking at the ocean is the best way to enjoy every meal. Beds were all comfy, loved that we had cable tv and apps to watch our favorite shows. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards & towels when we did take the few steps to go play in the water. My friend's daughter loved the swimming pool when she wasn't playing in the ocean. We had a few rounds of pool in the the game room. We didn't want to leave and go back inland to our homes. Checking In/Out is easy. Assigned parking spot in the garage so no worries about finding a parking spot. Very secure property, we felt so safe there. We would definitely go back to Sea La Vie!

This condo is beautifully and tastefully remodeled. The decor and the finishes and furnishings are all excellent quality. The outside space was ideal and had plenty of comfortable furniture including table and chairs for dining as well as lounge chairs for relaxing.. because this unit is at the south end of the complex it has unobstructed views of the beach to the south and the pier, as well as extra windows for great ventilation. This unit is one of the few in NCV that has access to two assigned and covered, gated parking spaces. Our thanks to the owners for creating such a great place to vacation.

Bottom line: - our family made the collective and individual conclusions that D15 is our favorite condo at North Coast Village - the location right on the beach - the wrap around patio and private yard - the layout, interior decorations and furnishings of the condo - the beautiful and well stocked kitchen - the condo is well maintained and very clean - our only concern was the daily frustration and battle with the front door lock and key system which was also time consuming. We would hope to rent this condo often in the future.

My mother's favorite place to be is the beach. She found North Coast Village and quickly learned that unit D-15 was the best unit in the complex. She was older and liked that there were no stairs to enter. Because it's the end unit there were windows on the south side. Now the condo itself is updated, beautifully appointed and is stocked very appropriately. Most importantly were the views. It feels like the ocean is just outside and the views west and south towards the pier are magnificent. Over our week at the condo, my family made life memories. I am very grateful for On-The-Sand and Conni the owner. You both made the stay so easy and fun. If you are considering this condo, book it before it isn't available. You will be very happy staying there. As a former property manager and owner, this place has it all. I will be back.

This condo was comfortable and well stocked. The fireplace worked perfectly and we loved having it when the nights got chilly. Thank you for not allowing smoking or pets! The condo is extremely clean and we loved the beautiful leather furniture!

We absolutely loved your condo and the location. That was one of my kids favorite vacations. They loved everything about it beds comfy place was well stocked with everything we needed. People were kind and welcoming even the guards at the gate were helpful and very nice. We will be back again for sure!!!!

This is our 5th year staying at NCV, the 4th time in this unit. In our opinion, it is the absolute best location of the entire complex. We appreciate the new updates, i.e furniture, cabinets, countertops, fireplace, mattress and outdoor furniture. The team was responsive to our questions/needs. The sunsets are breathtaking and the complex location is perfectly situated. We already are looking forward to next year's stay!

We have stayed at North Coast Village many times over the past 30 years and can say that D15 is the best condo to rent by far! If you want to be right next to the ocean you can't beat this home! Beautiful windows, wonderful view, lovely updated clean space with comfortable beds and furnishings. Conni is wonderful to work with too. I can't wait to return!

This property is perfect! The host has renovated and furnished this propert with very tasteful decor that is perfect for a family. With twin one year olds and a three year old there was plenty of room for everyone. The location can’t be beat, there isn’t another property on the sand in Oceanside. I hope we can stay here again!

We usually stay at North Coast Village once or twice a year but haven't been able to come out because of covid for awhile. Staying here at D15 was just what we needed! Beautiful remodeled unit! Clean and comfortable with everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation! Couldn't be any closer to the waves- in fact because of high tides they crashed over the backyard wall ! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the back and side yards of the property. Looking forward to our next stay here!

3 generation Family time spent in a beautiful, cozy, comfy condo front row on the beach. Kitchen recently upgraded. Top of the liine appliances. I loved the countertops. We spent afternoons and evenings sitting overlooking the beach while the kids were at the heated pool and spa or playing on the beach. This corner unit also offers a great opportunity to people watch up the beach plus so fun watching the surfers. I cannot leave out the awesome sunsets. Everything was perfect

The property was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with paper products, spices and any incidentals you might need. We loved watching and hearing the water and it was so easy to just go down to the beach and hang out or walk. Can't wait to rent again.

This is our 4th time to this location and 3 rd time in this property. Conni is the new owner and she has done a remarkable job upgrading the entire place. The furnishings are all new and the kitchen is so much nicer with new appliances and dishes. She truly cares about your stay and was available and responsive for any need. She even called several days after our trip to check on my husband who had stepped on a stingray the last day we were there. I hope everyone that stays will take good care of the property. It’s an annual trip for us and we will definitely be back. Thank you Conni

Conni maintains an amazing property. It's location can't be beat right on the ocean, next to the sand. Each night we would go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and eake up each more to the sounds of the ocean. Conni has stocked the condo with everything you could need - zip lock bags, spices, cleaning supplies, many towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Furniture is comfortable, beds are terrific, and outside, there are even two chaise lounges (I didn't see them anywhere else on property!). Thank you, Conni, for the wonderful week!

Gorgeous property and location. We loved the corner unit with views west and south. I also loved that we were located right on the beach without any cars driving in front (like many places on the Strand). The owner has made some upgrades from the photos we viewed and it was lovely. The unit was clean and bright and gave us a true beach vacation feel. The beds were very comfortable. This property is located close to many restaurants and businesses in Oceanside.

We have stayed at NCV dozens of times the past 10 years but never in this condo. This condo is our go back to spot from now on, we loved it! The new owner Connie is very nice and eager to help. The condo is equipt with new items and has all the extra amenities you wouldnt think to bring to help your stay be relaxing. Thanks Connie our families had the best vacation ever, see you next year.
