D19 - Beachfront Bliss

Amazing location, beautiful property, like staying in Hawaii. Can't beat the ability to walk out the back and be on the ocean or sleep with the sound of the waves. Like others said, we had some issues with ants but it might have been caused by beach work being done? Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Stay was great but unit is dated (loose knobs, screen is not properly fitted and kept getting stuck, fridge was very unstable,).
No ice machine or ice trays (found them on last day).
And owner tried to charge me $100 for 'damage' to walls which were claimed to be newly painted. This is clearly wear and tear and nothing even close to 'damage'. I am actually quite upset about this. Will never rent from this owner again.

We absolutely loved this beachfront condo. This is the third year we’ve stayed at this condo complex and we dreamed of getting a unit like this so close to the water. There was a bit of an ant issue the first night we were there but we got it under control. Overall, we would love to come back again!

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The outdoor patio area was great for the kids to play safely. Location was perfect to the pool and beach. Communication was easy with the property manager. Kitchen was well stocked. We will be back

We had a very enjoyable stay at this2 BR condo in North Coast Village in Oceanside, CA. This unit is directly on the beach although there a rock berm and there is a short walk through the side gate of the property to get to the sand. There’s a patio with incredible view of the beach and sunsets. The unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners agents were always immediately available, very pleasant and helpful. We will be back!!!

My husband and I love the Ocean and try to go there once a month. We love staying at this lovely Condo that's basically on the sand!! It's very clean and comfortable. The Staff at On The Sand management company are great, very friendly and helpful. We give this Condo an A+ We will be back!!

Love staying on the beach front. We live in San Diego area but look forward to our vacation on the beach every year. We have stayed in this condo several times. Have also rented other condos that the Warr's manage. If there has ever been a problem they are terrific about getting it solved immediately. I would highly recommend renting any of their units that they manage.

Our stay at NCV D19 is always enjoyable. The condo is clean and well stocked! We look forward to our yearly stay! Hearing the waves at night is music to my ears! Walking along the strand and people watching is a favorite, along with dinners and ice cream at the Harbour. We enjoy dinner or milkshakes at Ruby’s at the end of the pier. A nice walk down to Sancho’s tacos is also recommended. On-the-sand beach rentals are courteous and communicate well before , during and after your stay. They are there to recommend just the right condo for your needs.

Unit D-19 was just as pictured, So close to the ocean that the spray caught your face at high tide, Very clean. All the TV channels you could ever want, Wonderful location close to some excellent restaurants..Mark and Shanna were very receptive to our needs and promptly responded to the few concerns we had. Highly recommend this condo.

D19 is a very nice condo in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cabinet space. We especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. It was really nice having the second parking space as we have relatives in the area that visited us frequently. It was a pleasure working with Mark and Misty and the on-site staff on a few minor issues in the condo. They took care of everything very promptly. Thanks, guys!

On the Sand, is in such a great location-on the beach-1 hour from Disney-close to San Diego- Walking distance to fun shops, cafe's and harbor.

This is our second stay at this condo (our fourth at the complex) and we just love this condo . Love the new bed in the second bedroom. Also happy to have a Keurig. Had brought my own but left it in the car. Love listening to waves as we just sit around and rest. Amazing how quiet things are despite the large number of condos. Finally I can’t say how much we appreciate the second parking space. Our first two visits were marred by having to worry about moving our cars. This makes a really plus for us to stay in this well stocked condo with a wonderful a view of the sand and surf in Oceanside.

We stay at NCV every year! We have rented D19 before and absolutely love it! It is always clean and well stocked. The recent updates to the condo are awesome! Love the twin over queen bunk bed with a trundle!! This condo is steps away from the beach. You can either sit on the patio and relax as you listen to or watch the waves or you can climb over the wall...(oops, don’t think your supposed to do that) and your ON the beach! Short walking distance to the pier on the left or the harbor to the right! (Great restaurants at the harbor!) No need to ever get in your car after buying groceries!! We’ll be back again next year!!

Beautiful views. Really appreciated the tall table and stools outside to see over the wall. Watched surfers in the morning and gorgeous sunsets at night. Nice short walk to beach (2 min or less) short walk to pool (2 min) short walk to parking, a few steps and a few minutes. Lots of towels, Linens, pillows etc., several boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys. Everything needed to cook. Seems like for $150 cleaning fee I shouldn’t have to empty all the trash, wipe countertops, load dishwasher, strip beds and gather linens but it is what it is. Cleaners could be a bit more thorough cleaning under couch, dressers, beds , windows etc but overall in good shape. Would definitely return as well as recommend to friends. I would prefer a more customary 11 or 12 checkout as opposed to 10. Had a great time just had to leave too soon. Also management company checked in to make sure everything was ok.

Our stay in Oceanside was everything that we hoped for. The condo was just like the pictures displayed. The ocean was just outside our door! We were able to sit every night and watch the sun go down from our little patio. The unit was clean and well maintained. Everything that we needed was there. The complex is lovely and very well maintained. The pool area is large and well set up complete with a BBQ area. The hot tub area was our retreat. Surrounded by trees a waterfall it was perfect. The harbour is a short walk away with lots of choices for restaurants. The beach is just outside your door waiting for you to take long daily strolls. We will hopefully book again soon and bring our family.

My family and I have stayed in D19-Beachfront Bliss multiple times. The most recent November 2017. North Coast Village as a whole is awesome. The complex is well maintained and beautiful. The best part is the LOCATION. The location of D19 (Beachfront Bliss) is one of the best in the complex. If you open the master bedroom window, you can hear the waves all day, and most important, all night. From the back patio, you'll enjoy a 180 degree view of the Pacific. D19 is literally steps from the incredible beach that borders the complex. It's very relaxing, and truly a beachfront bliss.

This is our 3rd vacation to the complex. Each time it has gotten better. Floor plan of condo very family friendly. Really appreciate the 2nd parking space. That has been the most stress during our other 2 visits. Remembering to move our cars. View was beautiful. Love standing and watching the waves against the wall in the evening. Well supplied condo. Is there anything better then lulling ones way to sleep to the sound of real ocean waves crashing against the shore! Couldn't ask for a better position, right on the beach. The condo is equipped to the highest possible standards. From body boards to baby spoons , it has everything you can think of plus more. Mark from the management company was very easy to get along with and took the time to check on us as he was down looking at other units. I am already looking forward to a return visit.

We booked this condo for a week of spring break. We wanted a place for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy the time off from school and work. This rental was PERFECT! The rooms were emmaculate when we arrived. The toys were fully stocked (we had brought our own boogie boards in case they were only little kids boards available and were delighted to find full sides boards available for use). We loved the patio furniture and spent each evening watching the gorgeous sunset. We had all the kitchenware we could ever possibly think to use. The couches were comfy and the movie channels made for a special treat to watch at the end of the day. The condo is ground level and you walk out to beach level. We loved loved LOVED our stay. My only suggestion is redecorate the walls with floor to ceiling mirrors (I didn't care for the mirrors).

We were in Heaven during our stay here! The complex was amazing and we loved walking around and exploring the little ponds and waterfalls throughout (we even saw a bunny several times!). The pool was large and perfect for our family and we used the big BBQ's by the pool several times and they were always clean :) But even with all that our specific condo was what really set the experience on a high for us! To be able to look up from the kitchen and see waves in the ocean and to hear it 24/7 was an amazing experience. It was so nice to let the kids go out and play on the grass and in the small sand area right off the porch and then also to be able to sit out on the patio furniture and watch the kids playing on the beach could not be beat. The beds were very comfortable and the condo every bit as luxurious as the pictures show. I've told all my friends and family about it!

Back to NCV again! Our family loved this condo. It was stocked so well and was so comfortable. The location of the entire complex is amazing and this condo it right at the front on the water. We could literally step over the seawall and be on the sand. We are told the sand is not always that high so maybe we lucked-out but we really loved playing in the beach and watching the sunsets from our balcony at night. We watched dolphins from our patio and think we even saw a whale one evening further out. We loved our trips to Sea World and Lego Land! Next year we plan to come back again and go to Disney Land. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the vacation. My only feedback to the owners is the boogie boards my need a new cord soon. It is starting to wear down.

We come to North Coast Village every year and love it. This year was no different. The condo was beautiful and clean. The unit is kid friendly and the grassy area in the back is perfect for them to play in when we aren't playing in the sand. The view is like nothing else. Definitely exceeded our expectations. What a great place to stay!! This condo is so awesome!! Brought the family here to get some beach time before winter. The condo was decorated nicely and very clean. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen to cook our own meals and then enjoy them on the patio as we watched the waves hit the beach or watched the sun set. The grounds are immaculate as you walk around the complex. The management staff was very easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. I would recommend to anyone that is wanting to get away to the beach and relax. It was a great vacation!!

We found the condo to be very tastefully decorated, immaculate condition, very well stocked - even better than listed in description. It was so easy to work with managing company. Could not ask for anything more. Right on the sand. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun vacation!
