Kitchen and Dining

The fully updated kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and a spacious peninsula—perfect for prepping meals while staying part of the conversation. Whether you're brewing coffee in the morning or cooking dinner after the beach, everything you need is within reach.

Just off the kitchen, the round dining table with seating for four creates a warm and welcoming spot for meals, games, or late-night chats under the soft glow of a modern statement light fixture.

Living Areas

The living room offers a cozy yet elevated feel, with comfortable seating, coastal-inspired décor, and a fireplace that adds ambiance after a day in the sun. A large Smart TV is perfectly positioned for movie nights or relaxing downtime.

Sliding glass doors lead you out to the private balcony, where you can catch ocean views and fresh sea breezes. With elevated seating and a built-in bar, it’s the perfect place to start your morning or wind down at sunset.

SLEEPING
The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable king bed, additional twin bed, and soft coastal décor that creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Natural light fills the space, while a ceiling fan and plush bedding ensure a restful night’s sleep—perfect for families or guests needing a little extra room. 

Additional sleeping arrangements are available with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a set of queen linens are provided.

BATHROOM
The updated bathroom is designed with both style and functionality in mind. A standout feature is the extra-large dual sink vanity, giving plenty of space to get ready without feeling crowded. The beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass enclosure adds a spa-like touch, while modern finishes throughout elevate the overall experience.

• 1 designated parking space in the gated garage underneath the building

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
