The updated kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing a stylish and functional space to prepare your favorite vacation meals. It comes fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and supplies. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats four. Utilize the additional seating at the counter for younger guests or quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
Step into the modern and upscale living area, adorned with a leather sofa and elegant decor. After a day of beach adventures, sink into the comfort of the furnishings and unwind. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the 43-inch flat-screen TV offering extended cable free of charge with 250+ channels. There is also a TV with cable in the bedroom. On cooler evenings, create a cozy ambiance with the custom-tiled fireplace, adding warmth and charm to your living space. 

BATHROOM
The bathroom, conveniently located across the hall from the bedroom, features a custom-tiled tub/shower combo, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate after a day at the beach. There is a  separate vanity area that provides ample space for your personal belongings and allows multiple people to use the functions of the bathroom at the same time.

SLEEPING
This 1-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, offering a tranquil retreat with ocean and pier views. For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen air mattress is available in the living room.

D206 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves.
