Welcome to your coastal escape! This beautiful 2nd-floor condo is ideally located at the front corner of the D building, offering unmatched ocean views from nearly every room. Wake up to the sound of the waves and soak in panoramic views of the ocean. Step out onto the private patio and unwind at the balcony bar — the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or al fresco dining with the ocean views.

Step into a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cabinets fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils you’ll need to create delicious meals during your beach getaway. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a full family dinner, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Plus, there’s a built- in wine cooler to keep your favorite beverages perfectly chilled- perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach –and an ice maker to ensure your drinks are always cool and ready to enjoy. 
Enjoy meals together at the spacious wooden dining table, which comfortably seats six with two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter.

LIVING AREAS
D213 offers a cozy and welcoming living space, thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable couch, a recliner and two arm chairs — perfect for relaxing after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Unwind and enjoy a movie night on the 55" smart TV, with access to cable as well as your favorite streaming platforms like Hulu or Netflix, so you can keep up with your latest binge-worthy series.  
For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

SLEEPING
Seaview Beach House is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers a spacious and comfortable king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin bed. Both rooms feature en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and TVs for your convenience and comfort. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a queen pull-out sofa bed, ensuring that every member of your group has a comfortable place to rest. 

BATHROOM
D213 features two full bathrooms. The ensuite primary bathroom provides privacy and convenience with a separate vanity area and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom in the guest's bedroom also features a walk-in shower. 

EXTRAS
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
D213 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
