You can't get much closer than this. Look out of your balcony to see panoramic views of the waters and the skies. Great living room.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. We absolutely loved it, both our unit and the complex. Our unit was very clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 pre-teen boys. The unit has amazing panoramic views of the ocean, kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the grill while watching amazing sunsets over the ocean from our balcony. We loved the fireplace at night while listening to the sounds of the waves. The complex is like a resort with beautiful landscaping, everyone we came across was very friendly, and we loved the pool and walking to both the marina and pier. Parking garage is very conveniently located to the unit, and we appreciated the guest parking spot. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed 5 days late in October. This was our 4th time staying at one of the condos in NCV . This particular condo D 28 is very modern. Fans in every room. Nice snacks and drinks left for us. The beach gear was brand new. It’s right on the beach. No need to even go down to the beach. Just sit on the balcony taking in the rays with a cold drink

We have stayed in North Coast Village, D28, for two years in a row. This place is so beautiful! Our condo I was very clean, right on the oceanfront! with everything we needed. The grounds are maintained very well. We were entertained every morning by all the surfers! Our views were wonderful. The pool is large and well maintained. If you want to vacation at the beach, this is a great value. The management runs very efficiently. We had a WiFi issue and they responded immediately. They make everything very easy. We booked online with no hassle and they were immediately forthcoming with what the next steps would be to secure our reservation. It is a very secure complex so we felt safe. Perfect for kids. They provide lots of beach chairs, boards, etc. I highly recommend this place if you want a beach getaway!

First wanted to thank you for letting use " D-28, Sand Castle Cottage". Great location, beautiful sunsets nightly, surf literally 20' from the patio. Our grandkids and daughter loved staying at the beach as did my wife and I did. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, grills were top notch, everything was comfortable and worked for us. Check in was super easy, we came in after hours and the security guards could not have been more helpful and friendly. A great visit for us. Had a great week and may do so again "after this crazy Covid ends" Thanks so much would definitely rent again!!! Paul C.

Because of the situation going on in our country and work stress, we desired a rental with a Beach view...a place to take in the waves and sunsets. This place was perfect for that! The location was just what we needed. Definitely not the most updated rental condo we have stayed in, but the location made up for the wear and tear of the inside.

This unit is perfect. End unit, panoramic views! We arrived and were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Clearly they are complying with Covid disinfecting protocol. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect for the wonderful restaurants in the area. This was a girls getaway and we will book again for next year!

The highest compliment I can give a place is if we would stay there again and we certainly plan on trying to reserve this unit again in the future. If you are looking for a place with a balcony overlooking the water this is perfect. In addition the grounds on North Coast Village are very well maintained and was impressed with the community. The access to the beach is not in front of the unit but a short walk around the buildings. We typically spend more time on the balcony then on the beach so this was not an issue with our family but something to point out.

This really is right on the beach. The complex is lovely as is the condo. Everything you need is provided there, so forget hauling all your beach items with you. Check-in and out was easy, pool is open later which is a plus. Close to everything you might want to do in the immediate area. We very much enjoyed this little gem of a place.
