Condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. You are close to walking distance for all that Oceanside has to offer. You also get a lovely ocean breeze when leaving the doors and windows open.

Stunning view! Five star location. Whether you are in the well equipped kitchen, dining at the marble top table, sitting in the living room or even waking up in the guest bedroom, you have a floor to ceiling unobstructed ocean view. The balcony furniture (bar height table and chairs) is perfect for watching surfers or looking through binoculars to spot a whale. Or just having coffee. Sunsets are spectacular and the famous Ruby' pier is lit up at night which is charming. We walked over to the lighthouse and harbor shops. This beautiful well kept resort resort with a year round, huge, heated pool was the perfect destination vacation for us.

Being right on the water was absolutely amazing. Watching the surfers everyday and having high tide right at your door was priceless. So relaxing to hear the waves all day long and walking along the soft sand beach at sunset was phenomenal.

We have been to Oceanside, CA for a week during the summers for the last thirty years. We have stayed at North Coast Village all but two of those summers. We really enjoy the beach out front of the condo complex & ocean views, particularly at sunset from the North Coast Village condos.

We spent a week in this condo and loved it. The location couldn’t be better, right on the ocean. Management was also great, very responsive and friendly. We’ve been to NCV many times, but this was our best experience.

We found the location wonderful and the furniture, bedrooms and kitchen as advertised, however there were some unseen less desirable traits. The beds were very comfortable and the cealing fans great, but the beds were creaky, I woke up at times as a result. Also, there is no blind in the living room patio door so at times the afternoon glare became a bit much, as did the night time fishbowl effect. We did have a wonderful time. I have found On The Sand to be responsive and helpful.

Amazing oceanfront view, great access to beach, great proximity to restaurants, beautiful grounds! Only suggestion would be to update couches and linens to take this property to an “excellent” rating. Management was excellent to work with!

The location is amazing with a balcony view that feels as if you are on the beach. The unit is close to the gate to the beach area. The complex and condos are older, but well designed. The units (I was in several of various family members) are all older beach condos, some with more updating than others. But the units are functional and the complex has great amenities. I used the workout room every day. It was very good! The pool is beautiful, the complex extremely pleasant and well kept. Dealing with On-the Sand group was great. Easy, helpful! And again, what a view and an enjoyable place to stay! I would definitely rent that unit again if I wanted to be right on the ocean.

If you like listening to the surf and watching the waves, you will enjoy this condo. Kitchen is well equipped, with every utensil and appliance you might want, deck has comfortable seating and a table for cocktails, meals, and sunset views. Beach chairs and towels are high quality. Both the pier and the harbor are in walking distance. Just be aware that there is an annual beach replenishment program so do check on progress. We were lucky that the pipes and machinery were dismantled soon after we arrived. Note that this work does not mar the view from the condo in any way. But our beach walks were far more pleasant once the job was done.
