F110 - Sea Pointe

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4! We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was awesome! The unit had more than enough space for us all and everything was very comfortable. Balcony was where we spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for couples or teenagers and adults. The setup of the apartment and amenities were great. The closeness and accessibility to the beach was very nice. The property is huge and a lot to take in but beautiful. This specific room is really close to the pool and it does get noisy but that didn’t bother us.

The apartment very clean in a great location. Would not hesitate to book it again. Dealing with on the Sand was very easy. Very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go through them to book up an apartment. Thank you

The condo was fantastic and we really appreciated all the little details such as labels on the shelves, including beach towels, some beach toys, snacks, water bottles, etc. We used the space more as a staging area for other activities but after staying there, we'd like to come back and just relax at the property. The condo was nicely laid out, comfortable and well stocked. The resort is chock full of great things to do, beautiful landscaping, and friendly people. Oceanside is a great community, easy to get around, just walking and exploring. The host was in communication, making sure everything was going smoothly and responsive to any questions we had. All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

At first I thought we were too far from shops and restaurants to walk, but then I realized it was a lovely walk and not too far at all. Owners were very helpful.

The little condo is set up right in front of the pool and they have a beautiful community. A bunch of amenities from utensils to beach supplies that encouraged us to spend an evening in the sun! ??? Would be happy to book here again if we’re ever in the area of Pendleton again.

Location could not be better - right by the beach and easy walk to all sorts of places to eat.  The photos in the listing make it look a lot bigger than it is, but it was perfectly adequate for two people. Watch where you walk on the beach - I got a whole bunch of tar on my feet and it took no end of scrubbing with dish soap to get it off ? The condo looks out over the pool which is pretty, however you do get the noise that goes with kids playing etc.

This location was super beautiful and convenient! The pool was right by us and so was the beautiful Oceanside beach! Within steps you’re on the beach which was super clean and enjoyable. Her home was also very lovely and she provided everything that was needed. There are restaurants and stores near by like I said before everything was very convenient I would definitely stay again in this location again.

This property was well kept, and in a great location in the complex. The two Queen beds worked well for our family, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen overall was well equipped. The beach chairs were weathered, but overall the condo was great and we would definitely stay there again!

Amazing views, comfortable stay, quiet grounds. Right on the beach and easily driveable to L.A., Santa Monica, La Jolla, San Diego, etc. We will definitely be back

This was an excellent accommodation! Wonderful location. We enjoyed the beach just a few minutes walk from our door. Pool and jucuzzi were very nice, being just downstairs, and a pleasure to enjoy with our 4-year old. Balcony offer a nice view of the courtyard and pool where we enjoyed several relaxing meals. Beds were comforable. Heaters in the room worked well and the gas fireplace was a big plus. DVDs are available for your viewing with a brand new DVD player. Every morning I took a sunrise morning run along the beach....great waves for boogie boarding as well. All around.....wonderful and relaxing stay! 5 stars :)

Was perfect for our quick weekend trip. They made check in super easy and staff was all very nice and helpful. Beautiful grounds and cozy room. The pool was nice and heated. Would recommend.
