F201 - Harborview Heaven

I love the North Coast Village and was very pleased with this unit. The view of both harbor and ocean from the second floor is much better than that of the first floor unit I stayed in before. In addition instead of the sounds of the streams in the garden, you get the sound of the ocean waves and harbor seals - an added treat. The unit itself is very well maintained, clean and has everything needed for a vacation stay. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in F201 on our family vacation. Good views, clean condo well supplied with all we needed. The beach was easily accessible. We'd gladly rent this unit again.

Perfect little getaway!. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and had a cute patio with great views. Overall, it was a great condo and the complex was beautiful with lush flora and. Great pool.

Unit has views of ocean and the river inlet. It's in a great location with easy access to the parking space and elevator. Getting to the beach on the north side is a breeze and is quieter and private due to lack of easy access to the public. Unit was clean and comfortable. We really loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

This is a great 1 bedroom unit with a nice ocean view. The property management company left a few snacks and bottles of water which were nice to find. Plenty of supplies, towels, beach chairs and umbrella making it a very comfortable and easy stay. 2 people is ideal for this layout. North Coast Village has a great pool an hot tub as well. Large property, but very pretty.

The view in person is better than the picture! This is a lovely place to stay and everyone is helpful on property and amazing. We enjoyed or time and will be back we loved it!

We stayed at the condo for spring break. We had one condo and our kids and their family were in another. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and walking on the beach! The weather was a little cold but the hot tub was relaxing. The condo had everything that was needed including chairs, beach toys and great views from the balcony.

North Coast Village is very nice, it's like being at a Hawaiin get-a-way. Our unit over all is a nice unit; however, out dated with carpet that feels like walking on corn flakes and vertical blinds that are at least 50 years old. Lovely view of the North coastline and the Oceanside harbor - great place on the balcony for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. King size bed is one of the best beds we've ever slept in! We live in Oceanside, so we know the area - this is close to everything for a short or long stay.

Had a great time....nice, quiet and relaxing. The condo seemed to have a musty smell but it helped having the windows open. The property is beautiful and everyone is nice.

The place was great! The view was fantastic and the couch was super comfortable! Slept like a baby listening to the sound of the water all night. Internet is a little slow if you have any work to do, bring your own internet. A lot of rules, but that’s to be expected from a condo complex. Make sure you read the rules so that you don’t rack up any extra charges. Other than that, no complaints. That place was great to stay in with all the amenities to make dinner and have a relaxing stay just a walk away from the beach!

Although the weather was cooler than we generally experience in Feb and March, we did enjoy our stay in Oceanside. With the cooler weather and the north exposure, we found the Unit to be on the cold side for most of our stay. We definitely took advantage of the heaters and the fireplace. We enjoyed the proximity to parking, elevator, and HOA office. The condo was well stocked with dishes, frying pans, casseroles dishes, supplies etc. We did appreciate the gift basket. We also appreciate your company's efficiency in providing notifications, responses to enquiries etc.

Condo was well equipped. Had everything needed for comfortably stay. Great area. Could walk everywhere. Hardly needed our car.
