The kitchen is equipped with sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils you’ll need to whip up your favorite vacation meals right from the comfort of your condo.The adjacent  dining area comfortably seats four, making it a great spot for family meals or a cozy dinner for two. For quick bites or casual snacks, two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter offer the perfect seating—especially for younger guests.

LIVING AREAS
Decorated with a coastal charm, the living area features new furnishings including a spacious sofa sleeper, a cozy recliner, and two arm chairs.  Enjoy a movie night in front of the large Flat Screen Smart TV - simply log in to your favorite streaming service or enjoy the complimentary cable with over 250 channels. On a cooler day during the winter months sit and enjoy the fully functional fireplace.

SLEEPING
F205 Good Vibes, comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it a great choice for couples, small families, or a few friends. The primary bedroom features a brand-new (2025) plush Nectar king-sized mattress for a restful night’s sleep. You'll also find a closet, a dresser, a ceiling fan and a convenient vanity area that doubles as a work desk—all with beautiful ocean views. Wind down with your favorite shows on the Smart TV, just log into your preferred streaming apps and enjoy a cozy night in. There is also another closet in the hallway for additional clothing space.

For additional sleeping space, the living room features a queen-size sofa bed with a comfortable foam mattress, making it easy to accommodate extra guests while still ensuring a good night's rest for everyone.

BATHROOM
The bathroom features a beautifully renovated walk-in shower with custom-tiled walls—ideal for a refreshing rinse after a fun day at the beach. A separate vanity area with a brand-new lighted mirror which offers plenty of space for your belongings and personal routines.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
