The dining area comfortably seats 6 and there are also 2 additional spots at the bar for quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating arrangements for 6. Relax in the large sectional couch with oversized cushions and a chaise lounge. Unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV with 250+ channels is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create an ambiance, there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

SLEEPING
F312 is set up to sleep 6 guests with a Cali king bed in the master bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bedrooms also host large smart TVs with basic cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Exceeded all our expectations!

We had the absolute BEST stay in F312 in June! The condo is beautifully furnished and has EVERYTHING you might need for a beach vacation rental. From the beach chairs, umbrella and towels, to all the appliances and utensils in the kitchen - all we had to supply was some food. But, because there are so many great restaurants within walking distance we only brought some snacks and drinks to keep in the condo. The condo is in a fantastic location with great access to all sorts of restaurants and shopping and the location is top notch. But my favorite space is the master suite! Great views, a lovely cross-breeze when you open the windows, and lots of room. It was just the calm oasis we were looking for in our stay. Thank you to Mike and Jen for making this vacation spot a real gem!

F312 is all that and more!

We loved our stay in this very comfortable and well-appointed condo. Everything we needed was at our fingertips! The beds were comfortable, the views (especially from the upper patio) were lovely, and we slept well listening to waves crashing all night. The parking spot in G1 was right next to the elevator which is just steps from the condo so very convenient. While in OC, we went jet skiing at the Carlsbad Lagoon, sailing with Captain Les George where we were with a very large pod of common dolphins, enjoyed the beach, walked to the harbor to shop and dine and of course swam and used the hot tub and grill at the complex nearly every day. Our grandson loves feeding the fish and ducks in the pond. Even laundry was convenient and easy to use. We are already booked in the same condo for next year!

Wow! This was a great condo with amazing views of the ocean and close proximity to anything we needed. Never had to drive the whole time we were there! The space is beautifully decorated and supplied with anything you need. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The entire atmosphere was very family friendly! We definitely will be back and hope to bring some friends!

Best Oceanside location!

Wonderful condo within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach! Loved the view overlooking the ocean. My family, especially my kids, had a wonderful time. We would come stay again!

This was exactly what I came to Cali for

I could not be happier with this stay. I needed a getaway by a beach that was relaxing and homey but that felt like a vacation and man did this really hit the spot. I traveled alone and worked here. The internet was fast and I was very happy with all the amenities that I had access to. The gym, the pool, of course the beautiful beach AND all the restaurants very close by. I highly recommend for a friend or family vacation but I also had a great time alone. I felt safe and secure in the gated community. The check-in instructions could be clearer but it was easy to contact the host to get situated. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay however this property has no central air or heat. It is very hard to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the day. Windows had to be open and fans had to be on. The three fans in to unit did not function. The property manager was very responsive in being two additional fans the next day.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay

Great condo… newly updated with great views from the balconies. The complex felt like a very tropical setting.. and well maintained. It was a nice easy walk to to pier and all downtown areas…with plenty of places to eat and drink

Can't beat this location

Perfect location, clean and spacious condo, tastefully decorated, and all the kitchen amenities you will need. Pool and hot tub amazing! Kids loved both, husband and myself loved hot tub! Condo grounds are beautiful!! We enjoyed walks every day through the well cared for flowers, trees, and plants. The bonus was the amazing selection of beach amenities! Chairs, toys, towels, blanket, even a cooler. Very thoughtful. We will be back we loved our stay!
