KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features new quartz countertops, all-new stainless steel appliances, and recently stained cabinets. All appliances have been replaced and upgraded, and the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for all your vacation cooking needs. The dining area seats six with four chairs and a bench, and there are also three bar stools at the kitchen counter—perfect for younger guests or quick snacks.

LIVING AREA
The living room comfortably seats six and features a large, cozy sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and two modern lounge chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Enjoy the 55" smart TV with cable, or log in to your own Netflix or Hulu accounts for a relaxing evening of your favorite shows. On cooler days, or simply to enhance the ambiance, the fully functional gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort to the space.

SLEEPING
G101 comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is perfect for two couples or a multigenerational family, such as grandparents traveling with parents. The unit features two primary bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed topped with a plush mattress topper. The second primary bedroom also includes a smart TV. For additional sleeping space, the living room offers a queen-size pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, providing added comfort and convenience throughout the stay.

BATHROOMS
G101 features two beautifully designed bathrooms. The primary ensuite boasts a walk-in shower with custom white tile and elegant flooring, along with a well-lit vanity perfect for getting ready in style. The second bathroom, located in the hallway, offers a tub/shower combo with stunning stone countertops and a vanity mirror, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully crafted to provide comfort and convenience, ensuring a refreshing start and end to your beach-filled days.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

-This unit comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage underneath the building.

-G101 is a corner condo - which means lots of windows and natural light with 2 balconies- and has one of the more spacious layouts of the two bedroom condos.
-G101 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES
North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.

Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor. Each offers a unique slice of coastal living, from fine dining and boutique shopping to exciting activities like jet skiing, kayaking, and whale-watching boat excursions.
