Surprised by how roomy it was. The train is a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us or wake us. We love north Coast village. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved that they had some ziploc bags for us.

Beautiful place and grounds!! Felt like we were in Hawaii!! Our unit was nicely decorated and so spacious! We loved the kitchen and the shower! The unit was equipped with so many extras!! We will be back!!!

We had a great time while staying here! Very convenient to get to Camp Pendleton which is why we were there. I would definitely stay again!

Totally enjoyed our time at this condo. Its comfortable and I loved having the larger kitchen and all the storage for food supplies. We have stayed here before and have booked for next year. We like being so close to the beach, Harbor and walking distance to the downtown area. Lots of things to enjoy. We had company they loved the area and ended up booking for next year plus a relative that visited us in 2020. Called and wanted help finding a place for them. The courtyard Reminds them of being in Hawaii. Thanks for sharing your place.

We loved this place! Hubby was working remotely and we got away to the beach. It was perfect for our needs, only walking 5 mins to beach. Stocked kitchen just need food. Awesome thanks again.

We have been coming to North Coast Village since 2017, the complex had to deal with the pandemic this time, so we needed pool reservation and wear a mask in common areas, but they did the best they could. First time staying at this condo, it was well represented by the pictures, clean when we arrived and well stocked. Beach toys and chairs on the deck were a plus! The train noise might bother light sleepers, we were fine, and they did provide a white noise machine and earplugs if needed. Would for sure rent here again, thanks!

This unit is very comfortable with lots of storage for groceries and clothing. The complex that it is located in is like being in paradise. We were so close to the ocean for walks to the beach and pier and the harbor is full of great restaurants. Went whale watching. We walked up town to the markets. Enjoyed a play at Star Theater. Went to movies on rainy days. Yes the Coronavirus cut our vacation short but we enjoyed out time there. Had problems with the TV but had good response from property managers and it was fix in a timely manner. You will not regret staying here.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. Right on beach. Great family atmosphere.. Feels like you're in the tropics. Condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Can't wait to come back.

I recently stayed at Luxury on the Beach and would recommend this if you are planning a trip to Oceanside to visit military family members or just a getaway. This is a gated community with great amenities and just a stones throw from the beach. The parking is in an underground garage.The bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom have very modern updates. You will here the trains go by, but they didn’t keep us from sleeping or enjoying are stay. San Diego is approximately 40 miles away. We enjoyed all the Christmas Decorations throughout the complex. We also took in the Garden Light show at the Botanical Gardens, Sea World, and a Behind the Scenes Tour at the San Diego Wildlife Safari Park. This is my second time at North Coastal Village and I would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was very nice very clean and overall the experience was great. The train at night was another story, just shut the glass door turn on the fan and go from there.

This condo was super clean and comfortable, perfectly sized for my daughter and I. It has nice furniture, decorated nicely, nice kitchen and large shower. Only bad part is its located close to the train tracks and its pretty loud at time. I would definitely book it again.

Great place! We loved it!!! Grounds were well kept too which is a plus! That being said, our only con is no AC - it was very hot in our unit even though we kept windows opens day and night and fans running constantly. (Other family was in about 7 other units and none of their condos were as warm as ours.)

Really enjoyed staying here. Condo was totally remodeled and clean. There are now two new beach chairs and umbrella thanks to Mark and Shanna and their fast reply. We loved the cleaner. whoever it was, was very honest and let me know immediately that I left my earrings there. Very clean, too. We had a nice stay.

There is no mention in any of the reviews that I read before booking about how close this unit is to the rail track. Please consider this before you book. The condo was perfectly adequate for our needs , clean and spacious. The reviews did advise that there was no a/c unit within the apartment but failed to mention that by opening the windows , you would be awake all night listening to train noise.

Overall our experience was fantastic. People who rent this particular unit will be charmed with the feeling of home right from the moment they step into the unit. The only downfall is that it is very close proximity to the train and the train runs most of the night so if you're a light sleeper with the windows open it can be bothersome. On-the Sand was very easy to work with. Very helpful with directions, local restaurants and grocery store. They sent us periodic emails reminding us of what to bring. Overall very great to work with.

We loved this condo and all of its surroundings. Everyone was easy to work with and helpful. The complex is GREAT - amazing heated pools and hot tubs, on the ocean, laundry...and so close to the Peir and downtown. Thank you!
