Enjoyed the cute condo! The couch and lounger were comfy and the Murphy bed worked great! Lots of room in the bedroom and a desk so I could work. Enjoyed the lush gardens of the property as well as swimming pools, gym, and …the beach! Loved being so close and look forward to our next trip. Thank you!

The condo is like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped; all we had to do was buy and prepare the food! The bed is very comfortable. Lots of pillows and other linens. The entire place is clean. The location is awesome. It’s close to the beach and a short walk to either the harbor or the pier. We used the gym, and it’s got all of the equipment you’ll need for a great workout. You’ll love this place! One thing to note if you’re sensitive to sounds: the train runs all day behind this unit (it was more like white noise) but it didn't bother us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the North Coast Village On-The-Sand, the third such stay in a row since we've discovered your community. Each time we come, we feel we are home and very happy to be there. We got all the rest we needed and all the beach walking and marina activities we planned. We will be back on cue in exactly six months, as we've made our minds up to take this vacation and stay at the village twice a year. Each visit is subtly different, as we naturally do not get assigned the exact same condo space time after time, so we are blessed with different vantage points of the various buildings, different Oceanside community balcony views (some beachside, some not, some sunrise, some sunset), and different interior designs reflecting the various owners' home furnishing tastes. All have been welcoming and great fun staying in. The residential office personnel were very accommodating this visit, as a favorite activity of ours in staying at the Village is feeding the beautiful koi and ducks in the lagoon. The Village had recently retired their dollar-changing machine and we couldn't exchange our green bills for quarters to feed the koi food machine. The personnel kindly helped us out. Many thanks for having us. Again, we will be back.

Book directly with on-the-sand in order to save money. Condo is located in the easternmost section of the complex with noise and view of I-5. Overall a pleasant place to stay nicely situated near the beach and restaurants.

This place is amazing! We travel to SoCal 2x a year and have stayed in several different places over the years. This location and property is beautiful. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you need including beach accessories

Very much worth the value, great location (beach and pool). lots of fun. cute breweries sort of nearby, and the shops around the corner are easy walking distance (highly recommend the coffee spot by the docks)

This condo is clean and nicely furnished especially if you plan on doing some cooking. It's close to the beach and pier. Beach toys and towels are provided. There is a train that goes by frequently. There is no A/C or washer/dryer. There is a coin laundry on the property but there is no change machine so be sure to bring plenty of quarters if you plan on doing laundry. Everyone I met was very nice and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
