It comes fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils you’ll need to whip up your favorite vacation meals right from the comfort of your condo. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four, making it a great spot for family meals or a cozy dinner for two. For quick bites or casual snacks, four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter offer the perfect seating—especially for younger guests.

LIVING AREAS
Decorated with cozy coastal charm, the living area offers a warm and welcoming space to relax. It features all-new furnishings, including a spacious sectional sleeper sofa and two stylish accent chairs—perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. Enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen Smart TV, log in to your favorite streaming apps or browse over 250 complimentary cable channels. On cooler days curl up by the fully functional fireplace for the perfect touch of comfort and ambiance.

SLEEPING
G207 Surfer’s Hideaway comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal choice for couples, small families, or a group of friends. The primary bedroom features a brand-new mattress (2025) for a restful night’s sleep. It also includes a dresser, ceiling fan, and a convenient desk—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. For added privacy, the room features a sliding barn door and privacy film on the windows.
Unwind in the evening with your favorite shows on the Smart TV—log in to your favorite streaming accounts (No cable in the bedroom). For extra storage, you’ll find two hallway closets.

The living room provides extra sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa featuring a cozy memory foam mattress, offering a comfortable option for accommodating additional guests.


BATHROOM
The bathroom features a beautifully renovated walk-in shower with custom-tiled walls—ideal for a refreshing rinse after a fun day at the beach. A separate vanity area with a brand-new lighted mirror which offers plenty of space for your belongings and personal routines.

- This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
- A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests. 
- Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
- A surfboard is available on the balcony for guests ready to hit the waves.
- G207 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2),  beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2). 

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
