Great place to stay. Great view on both sides. Well stocked kitchen. Has chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a wagon to make trips to the beach easy. Very satisfied.

Our family of four really enjoyed ourselves. Kids really enjoyed taking turns in the top bunk of the penthouse. Great outdoor space in the penthouse. From my perspective the unit had arguably the best views of the ocean in G Building. Really an exceptional experience. Lots of beach gear for the kids and adults. We really enjoyed our time and wish we had been able to stay longer! 5-star experience in my opinion.

We stayed for 10 nights in this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed for cooking our meals which isn't always the case with rentals. Beds were great, comfy, nice towels and linens. It has been kept up really well, immaculate in terms of cleanliness. On the Sand was easy to get a hold of with questions and had snacks and beverages waiting for us when we arrived after a long day of travel. We are planning our next trip and will be staying in this same condo if available.

Awesome first trip with the family to Cali! Kids loved the bunk beds and loft area. Having them there gave us some privacy. Place was nice and perfect spot near base and beach! Will def rent again

Excellent place to rent! Very spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen and unit with beach equipment. Great location right by the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to communicate with owner. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Rented this to visit our son who is in the marines and this was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. Had everything you need for the beach, to cook and to clean. The pool and jacuzzi as well as the game room was also a great time. The view was breathtaking!

We had an awesome stay. The condo is well stocked and clean. The location is great. We went to the beach daily and walked down to the pier and over the bridge to get breakfast and ice cream. We stayed with our 6 and 3.5 year olds and they loved the beach time, the pool and hot tub. If you are traveling with kids - the top bunk bed does have a side rail on it (it wasn’t shown in the photo but was very safe). It is described as a “loft” but basically I would consider it 2 bedrooms- the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a separate door but is was otherwise very private and separated other than it lacks a door. I Another review mentioned it as a problem but overall the unit description was correct and we thought it was wonderful! Would stay here again.

It says two bedrooms but it is technically a bedroom and a loft. However despite that mix up, it was still a very nice place to stay. They provided nice extras like boogie boards, a beach wagon and such to use. The premises has nice things like a gym, very nice spa and pool, billards and more. The place itself is very nice and the loft balcony had a great view. This place made for a great trip.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was beautiful. We were close to the ocean and also close to shops and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Our family of six were all comfortable and each had our own space if we needed it. We will definitely be coming back!

The Size and layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for making a large Easter dinner, all the way down to everything we needed to be comfortable at the beach. We had a last minute check in change and I emailed them and received an immediate accompanying response. The beds were very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. I plan on booking this condo again and highly recommend it to others.

The condo is straight up beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. What really surprised us was how well equipped the kitchen is and all the beach stuff provided. Loved our stay and the property managers were in constant communication. Totally recommend

Great location and view! Loved the upstairs balcony. Beds we're also comfortable. Elevator was not working so it was a bit of a trek to get up and down the stairs. The place was very clean and had everything you needed.

This was the first time we stayed at North Coast Village and it was a wonderful stay. It was so close to the beach and the condo was clean and inviting. This property is fabulous! The ocean view and sound of the waves crashing from the rooftops was fabulous! This property was top notch! It had absolutely everything needed plus more! Loved the rooftop sectional and solar lamps! My teens loved the custom sectional in the living quarters. The waffle iron was an unexpected plus and the beach umbrella, chairs and boogie boards were a huge bonus!

We loved our stay at Pacific Pearl. The condo was spotless! Had every appliance except a toaster. We advised of the sliding doors upstairs and main room kept sticking. They came right away to fix it. With the fans going the condo stayed pretty cool downstairs.  We would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone else.

What an amazing place to stay! So clean, comfortable and adorable! The beach was just a short walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, it was a great get away!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and really didn’t want to leave. The condo was gorgeous, clean, functional, and located so close to the beach! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group size. The beach was so close and the balcony that looked out towards harbor beach felt magical. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—even beach chairs. We will definitely plan to stay here again!
