G32 - Harbor Cottage

We’ve stayed here in the past It’s great being so close to the ocean and sand and a short walk to the Marina. There was some construction equipment going up and down the side street during the day but not that big of a deal since we were out and about. The condo was nice and clean and all the things needed for fun at the beach or at the pool. Will definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here, and hope to return one day! Traveled to the area for a race event and were in the perfect location for everything. The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Also appreciated all the kitchen supplies as we cooked a lot during our visit. A great choice for a place to stay in Oceanside!

Amazing location! Walked to the beach every morning and from there, to breakfast either to the Oceanside Harbor or Pier. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the spacious kitchen and the open feel concept into the living area!

The property location was gorgeous. A lot of amenities offered, like spa, pool, pool table, laundry, work out facility, etc. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The condo had a nice renovated kitchen. The reserved parking spot was located very close to the condo, which was a huge plus when unpacking and packing up to go.

We would definitely stay here again. The property was so comfortable for this family of 4. Anything we needed we had. The check in and check out process was so simple. The views were just what we wanted.

We absolutely loved our great condo experience on the beach at Oceanside CA. Luxurious tropical setting at North Coast Village. Condo was perfect for our party of four adults. Gated restricted access for car and walking, full time security, helpful and friendly staff. Legendary San Diego coastal food, drink, and shopping short walk to Oceanside Harbor next door or driving to Coast Hiway nearby.

Although this resort is older than others we have stayed in, we will be back! It was clean and quiet with a wonderful view of the beach and harbor. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing to stroll around. The kitchen was newly remolded, which was very nice too.

This was our first visit to California and we were so happy with our stay. The process for getting a spot at the pool was simple and the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful! Lots of local restaurants and shops! Highly recommended from our family! Thanks for making our introduction to California awesome!

This was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our time with our son stationed there. The decor was so fun. The fireplace kept us warm on those cold mornings and nights. I was so thankful for that. The master bed is super comfy and the bedding is soft:). You have lovely tropical landscaping out the front door and a fabulous view of the village with lighthouse, river and the beach. The kitchen had everything I needed to fix the many meals we had there. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. This was truly a wonderful place to stay. My husband kept telling me it was a perfect place and so warm and cozy. This complex is right on the beach and a short walk to the village where we had breakfast, lunch, and a whale watching cruise. We also had just a very short walk to our car. The complex is very big so I had been worried about that. We used the grills one night and my husband commented on how nice they were. They also overlook the pool. If your looking for a wonderful place to stay look no further. You’ll be right at home here:).

Beautiful place, a little too cold for us at the beginning of June, but we are from Arizona :) Overall a great place to enjoy the weather, not so much for enjoying the ocean.

We had a wonderful month at G32. Cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved being able to see the ocean, beach and harbor from our condo. Everything was so beautiful and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here. We will return.

My family and I stayed at North Coast Village October 2018. We absolutely loved staying in this condo and enjoyed the condo complex! Our condo was very clean, which is a huge factor for me. The management team has done a great job with communications starting at the very beginning when I was trying to find a Condo to rent in California. I highly recommend this company and this condo!

We had a wonderful time at North Coast. The cottage was very nice and so convenient. We use to lease a cottage years ago and the grand kids missed it so much we had to return. So much for them to do beach, pool, golf. Making new memories , will not wait so long to come back

We love the unit and so enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the things going on at the harbor, beach and ocean. The unit is pretty well equipped and it's big enough for us to have guests.

We had a wonderful family week and always feel right at home in NCV. The condos are comfortable and nice. It’s great to have a pack n play, toys, and boogie boards, and even the surf board this time was available!

We loved our stay in this unit with great views of the water/harbor. On the Sand was so great to work with and helped make our stay amazing. We loved having the toys to play with and a huge couch to let grandkids watch movies. Thank you so much. We will be back.

We often stay in hotels when visiting our children. Our stay at North Coast Village was more like being home and made our visit much more comfortable. The amenities and the landscaping were wonderful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Hope to stay there again!

G32 is a roomy condo with a great ocean and harbour view. The condo has been partially upgraded but could use new carpet and kitchen update. Quiet and peaceful location.
