G322 - Suite Beach Penthouse

The communication from before our trip began to during our stay to the last day was great. Description and pictures were pretty spot on w/ great views! It was great to have a Keurig and Coffee Pot in one available. We did need to go out to get some other essentials (cooking spray, salt/pepper, etc) at a grocery (5 minute drive or so). Aside from the essentials, we didn't need much else. The resort location and grounds were great: easy access to the beach on the harbor side or the more popular side to the south, pool/hot tub, but there was a good amount of stairs if you are wanting to take a wagon or cart with beach supplies or pool gear (needed to find the best route in the complex and to the beach without any stairs).

We really enjoyed our stay here! We have family on base and it was about a two minute drive to the gate, so that was very convenient, lots of good restaurants around, and we were able to walk on the beach every morning. Balconies were great! Everything nice and clean! We really liked it.

We enjoyed our time at this North Coast Village property immensely. The room was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities at North Coast Village are wonderful; we walked through the gardens, swam in the pool and used the gym. Right out the gates is a great beach with lots to see and the promenade to walk down to the pier. There are restaurants at the marina within walking distance. I’ve been coming to North Coast Village since I was a child and always love coming back.

Linens and towels were abundant, and unfortunately we were not able to use all the beach equipment because of cold windy weather! The grounds are beautiful!

We took our 1st family vacation. Went to the San Diego zoo, saw family in Oceanside, and went to Disneyland. The condo was in the perfect location. It was spacious and clean. We will definitely book there again!

I rented this property to visit our oldest daughter, who stayed with me at the property, but lives locally. The condo is cozy and comfy, well appointed kitchen and just general space, and has great outdoor space. We were out and about locally, so it was a great location for us in general. I imagine the beach aspects would be fantastic if that is a focus of a trip, too - so close and easy to access. The only hiccup we had was arriving late at night, so trying to locate check-in and our building/unit was challenging, but thanks to great security staff who helped us when we really needed it, we got in!

On-The-Sand's place is a great place to stay at Oceanside. The condo is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. The beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were an added benefit for a great time at the beach. We also enjoyed the board games that were supplied. We will definitely come back when we can

We came to oceanside to celebrate my son's 4th bday at Legoland. It took no time at all to go there. The condo is about 40 minutes from Temecula (wine country). We were able to take a 5 min walk from the condo to the harbor where there were a few restaurants, stores and candy shop. We also walked the other direction to the peir. Didn't take too long and it's paved the entire way! The condo needs to include pictures of everything in the cabinets! The kitchen has everything you need to cook, you don't have to bring anything. They have plastic cups and wine glasses for the beach if you need them. Real wine glasses as well. They have board games, novels to read if you forgot a book, boogie boards,pack and play (you need to bring your own sheet), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach bag, pool/beach towels, DVD player in each room, showers only (no tub for the little ones, but that wasn't a problem). This condo is family friendly. We really enjoyed staying here. The beds are soft (I would want to bring my own pillow next time. They were a little too thick for me. My husband slept on them just fine). They have a few water bottles and snacks to get you started if you haven't been to the store. I would definitely recommend this condo. It was very clean and up to date. I liked their decor as well.

Wow! What a beautiful place and view, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We spent a day at the La Jolla aquarium, one at the San Diego Zoo & one on the beach, and every day got to come back to this lovely place. Thank you so much! God bless this place. PS Great sand dollar beach, found so many cool shells & even a sea urchin!

We've stayed in many condos and this is our favorite. It is stocked well and really we didn't need much! My only complaint, which isn't great through the complex, would be the internet. It was very spotty at times making it difficult to get on the computer. We will definitely be back!

Had such a wonderful time here at the condo. The place was gorgeous. We loved being able to walk to the pier and enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The two little ones loved taking walks around the resort. We spotted many bunnies and lizards, The upstairs patio was nice too!

This is our family's 3rd stay at the same condo. Love the views from the balconies. The beach is always great, we love walking over to the harbor, watching the boasts and have the world's best bloody mary at Tony's! Carmine's Pizza was phenomenal also! Can't wait to come back!
