Nice condo with great views & grassy areas. Love North Coast Village & easy to walk to beach. Cooler weather felt so good to us Desert rats. Patio furniture comfortable. Ocean water very cold but great for walking beach & getting feet in!

Great week at this oasis. Landscaping of the grounds, pool and other amenities were stellar. Patrol and other staff were super. Unit was clean and cozy and very well equipped. Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooking tools and cleaning materials all provided.

We loved staying here! The place is beautiful and had everything we needed. The only thing I wished there was more of was wash rags, but it was such a minor thing. There were beach toys, chairs and an umbrella which was great. Past reviews mentioned ants so I was a bit worried but we never saw anything. we would definitely stay here again.

Great location (walking distance to harbor and restaurants), with grassy area and lounge chairs for watching the amazing sunsets. The complex has lush landscaping and a lovely pool. Having a piano is definitely an added plus.

Steps to the sand is accurate! We loved our time in Oceanside and the ease of getting to/from the beach. The condo was well provisioned with beach gear (I should have looked before packing because we brought way too much stuff they already provided) We will be back next year!

Love the ground level condo with views and sounds of the ocean. Just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We opened windows for a fresh sea breeze when needed. Clean bed, nice kitchen and the grounds are amazing! The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed feeding the koi fish. Just a great experience. We will be back!

We had a nice time. Some problems with the TV but they fixed it the next morning. Easy access to the beach. They have everything you need and more. Very comfortable.

This was a last minute booking for us and even asked to add an extra day which they were able to accommodate and arrange. Great little neighborhood. The pictures are exactly how serene it is. My family and I will be coming back again to stay another trip. Clean, very well kept and easy check in / check out process.

SUCH AN AMAZING STAY!!! The condo was perfect. It was equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The information provided on attractions, restaurants, and things to do absolutely made the trip even more amazing for us. Steps away from a beautiful sandy beach, an adorable hot tub, and a stunning pool made it feel like a resort. The grounds feel magical. Tons of streams and cute bridges to cross as you go from pool to condo to beach. We were in unit G33. One bedroom with a pull out couch. We used the bedroom along with the pull out. Everything we needed to make the place our own and super cozy for a restful night's sleep was easily accessible. THE BEACH TOYS were an absolute hit! You don't realize how nice it is to have beach chairs, fluffy beach towels, and a stack of fun beach toys until you get to a place like this and it is all there and ready for you. We used all of it! The condos also have showers when you come back from the beach so keeping sand out of our condo was very easy. The views were amazing all around the property. Customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff at on the sand were by far some of the most genuine people we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. They are organized, responsive, kind, and caring. We will absolutely be coming back.

This little oasis is a hidden treasure. We have visited San Diego area annually for 15 years, but just this year found this complex. Our condo was PERFECT- location, amenities, cleanliness etc- we couldn't have been happier. This provided some much needed R&R during a chaotic season. We can't wait to return:)

The location was great! The bed was amazing! Nice assortment of beach towels, chairs and boogey boards. The shower head needs to be replaced as it didn't work at all until we removed it and scraped some of the mineral deposits out of it, then there was a fine spray. Also, the coffee table and kitchen counters appeared clean at first glance but really had a bunch of built up stickiness on it so papers or magazines stuck to it. Just needs some TLC to be a better unit.

We had a great stay in this condo. It wa nice to be able to walk right out the unit and onto the beach. There were plenty of toys for my daughter to play with on the sand. The bed was super comfy and there were no complaints about the sofa bed. Waking up the view every morning was great. My only suggestion was to leave instructions on the temperature of the oven. I found that it would not be hot enough at a certain temp or too hot on another. I know that with old ovens that you just have to know the trick. I would just leave just share that trick with the guests! And that isn't a complaint just a suggestion! Tell the owner thank you and that we loved our stay!

The house and complex fit our little family perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and we loved the easy walk to the beach. It was a perfect location! We were close to San Diego and Laguna beach. My only complaint was the shower in our unit. I am 5'9'' and I had to duck under the shower head which didn't work very well. Other than that the until was great! The beach toys were awesome! A must stay for any small family.
