The owners provided us a well appointed property, nice kitchen with plenty of cookware , new appliances, and washer dryer. The mattresses and sofa were very comfortable. Plenty of linens, beach chairs, etc. Impressed with rental agent-initial problem with cable & internet addressed quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this tropical resort!

This is a great condo to stay at! Check the height of your car. We travel with a cargo box on top of the car and it will not fit in the parking garage.. We really enjoy the room, how close it was to the beach. Great place to stay! They have great beach gear to use in the room!

The condo complex was great - lots of things to do, the pool and spa were a big hit with the kids..The unit was well stocked. We used the kitchen for most meals and had all the utensils etc. that we needed. The in-unit laundry was extremely nice to have as we were constantly cleaning wet clothes after coming back from the pool or beach. Overall a good place to stay with kids. There were restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance, so really no reason to get back in the car.

Everything went well. The toaster was broken when we checked in. When they messaged to ask how everything was we let them know and it was replaced within an hour! Great communication. Only problem is there is no AC so you need to make use of the fans (there are plenty) but at night if you want air flow from outside then you get the noise from the road and the train which is very close. Plus with it being on the first floor, I didn't want to leave the back door open to help vent so it got pretty warm the first couple nights when the temperature was in the 80's. Awesome beach equipment so we didn't have to bring all our own. Plenty of kitchen gear. Very clean.

The condo was very nice and clean and close to the parking garage, a great trade off for being so close to the railroad tracks and street. The noise was noticeable but not bothersome. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Rental and check in were easy. The managers gave great instructions prior to check in and were responsive while we were there. North Coast Village is a beautiful condo complex and seems well maintained. Tons of beautiful vegetation. Parking is really close to this condo so that was nice. There was some street and train noise but once we closed our windows at night we couldn't hear it and slept fine. Beds were really comfortable. I liked that they had a full and twin in the 2nd bedroom. There was a resident who would go out and smoke frequently. She wasn't technically on the property since she was outside the gates but close enough that we could smell it every time. Overall happy with our stay and happy with the lower price than some of the other condos.

We got in way late, technically the next day and the security guard was able to check us in. The king size bed was perfect for us. The full and twin was a great fit for the kids. We had mostly everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We packed lunches for our outings. The beach toy closet was well stocked. We cleaned out a lot of the sand from it, but since sand is beach glitter we just did the best we could. Since this unit is in the back corner, it is ideal for walking to the harbor, around to the beach, everywhere. Right next to the garage, which was great for bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. We used the recommended surf lessons for our oldest son and he had a blast. We also used a lot of the restaurant coupons that were on the board. The pool was great for kids, with two shallow ends. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The grounds were kept really nice and tropical. The kids loved the koi fish. We would definitely stay here again as a family. Thank you for a great vacation!

We stayed in this lovely condo for over months. It felt like home. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils and small appliances to make meals. Plenty of hot water and close to the beach, the harbor and many restaurants. Especially nice was the washer/dryer in the unit which made life much easier. The sound from the train tracks nearby is evident, however, did not really distract from our appreciation of this condo.

Everything about the property was true to the online description. Close to the beach & very walkable to area restaurants. One suggestion would be to include an additional parking spot in the garage assigned to the unit. I definitely would recommend this property to family & friends.

Condo was as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Great location at the back of the complex, so very easy in and out. The complex can be kind of a maze, but this location was easy to find and good for quick in and out. Nice little “backyard area” so didn’t bother us not to have an ocean view. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit. It was well equipped overall.

Our family of 5 had a lovely week stay. Everyone loved the easy walking access to a great beach, and easy drive to everything else needed. Condo unit was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen and very nice to have beach toys/boogie boards etc. Enjoyed being on the ground floor with a little garden. We enjoyed the resort hot tub and pool. We would have stayed longer if we could!!

This condo was in a great location. It was right next to the harbor and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and convenient. However, we did lose power in two outlets our last day there. The electrician wasn’t able to service the condo until the following day. The maintenance man did provide extension cords as a quick fix which was helpful.

This cottage was what our family needed. My 68year old mother is an RN and has been working 12 hours shifts since Covid started and she needed a break. This cottage also gave my husband and I the opportunity to work remotely being high school teachers. The internet was fabulous. The ceilings were so high that it felt like the rooms were larger than life. The grounds are like a tropical paradise. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. We loved how close it was to the Harbor, where we dined every night. We are definitely going to make this a yearly tradition!

Clean, great location. Yes, you are close to the train tracks, but only one at about 10pm is really loud and annoying, it is a freight train. Awesome location to the beach, wharf. Cute shops and food at the wharf, and Joe's Crab Shack and other seafood places. Downtown maybe a little far for some, but you can walk to it. Close to day parking if friends want to meet at the beach... under $10, depending upon time if day. We would happily stay here again

One of our best vacation rental stays to date! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer in person, decorated so beautifully, and sparkling clean. Washer and drier were a huge perk. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Lots to do at North Coast Village and we will definitely plan to return! Thanks so much!

This is a great place to stay by the ocean. I love that there is a washer and dryer in this unit. The kitchen table is sturdy and plenty of room for us to all sit around for meals and evening games. It was wonderful place to stay and I can't wait to come back next year.
