Checked in on a Monday afternoon to explore Oceanside for the evening. The property and rooms are very clean with all amenities as listed. The area was calm and peaceful with access to the beach, just a short walk down the street. We utilized the fire pit for a nice conversation at the end of the evening. The property has plenty of parking, security cameras provide a sense of protection while staying. The AC unit worked perfectly and the blinds kept it dark, We slept through the night with no issues. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and will definitely select them again in the future.

A perfect spot to stay if you’re with a couple friends! Patrícía was so sweet when we got there and wanted to make sure the room was just right! I’d much rather stay here than a stuffy hotel! The outdoor patio area was beautiful and clean and the fire pits and picnic tables made for great evening relaxation!

Accommodations exceeded expectations! Room was sizable (Room 12 was highly spacious and certainly met wheelchair accommodation standards in the bathroom as well), complete with a kitchenette area and cleaning supplies which were super helpful after a day at the beach. Beds were comfortable, decor was Cali-chic/tasteful and most importantly, the space was super clean. Highly recommend!

The property is amazing. It was very comfy and nicely designed. The courtyard is great for relaxing with family and friends. Parking was convenient and the our patio was great for board games and playing music. We will definitely be staying here for future staycations!

The location is perfect to visit Oceanside and Carlsbad. Clean and modern room. Lots of restaurants walking distance and even a mini supermarket! Not a big parking lot but I was able to find a spot each time. It can be a little loud at night because of the road nearby but I was able to sleep without earplugs. I enjoyed my stay and would book again!

Beautiful small spot to just relax. Surrounded by great restaurants and lots to do. Our stay was well worth it. Just wish they had a early check in option but other than that everything was good.

Such a cute little spot! Stayed at Bungalow 12 for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect. Super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Loved the private patio—such a great place to hang out in the morning and at night. The beach was just a short walk away and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was super easy and the host was really responsive. Bed was comfy, place was honestly 10/10. Honestly, no complaints, we would definitely stay here again!

We’re local and wanted a getaway staycation. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning in the future! You can tell it’s recently been remodeled and the interior is super cute! We like to sleep cold so the AC was a big plus + We loved the location and went on a walk to the nearby lagoon at sunset and it was beautiful. There were also super cute local restaurants within walking distance.

What a great place to stay. Near a bunch of little shops and some great restaurants. Really enjoyed our time inside the suite and outside. Great little area to sit and talk around a fire. Would definitely visit again.
