Great location as far as proximity to both South-O and Carlsbad, you could walk to Carlsbad in about 5 minutes, and to the beach in 5-10 min. Place was spotless, linens were nice, amazing water pressure in the shower. Bed was super comfy. Only slight bummers were the pillows were a bit firm & when the adjacent units used the shower it was quite loud but not a big deal just turned up the movie. A little patio area outside the room for coffee and enjoy the morning was a nice touch. Good coffee maker and kitchenette set up was nice for our 2 night stay. Overall very satisfied

This was our second time staying here, and it’s definitely a place we’ll continue to consider because of its prime location, with so many great spots to visit within a 10-minute radius. Following their recommendations and simply walking around the area, the amazing aromas from nearby places easily draw you in. My fiancé and I thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Very nice accommodations. Easy check in. The patios and outdoor gathering areas were a nice addition. Parking lot is tight so we parked on the street but felt the location was fairly safe. And had no problems Nice to have the Keurig coffee and kitchen accessaries available and the water pressure in the shower was greatWe would stay in this place again when in the area

I had a wonderful stay here. Although it was cut short due to work, the hosts were tremendously helpful, and they were easy to get ahold of. They are great at communicating. The area is beautiful! I will definitely be going back, the staff was very sweet, and I adore the set up of the whole area! You can settle in, enjoy the patio, the tables and hangout or you can walk the down the street for amazing food. Great atmosphere, and overall a great place. If you can book with them, do it!!

Spot looks just as it does it the pictures. Small but packs a punch and has all the essentials. The Kitchenette was a very nice touch, wonderful towels and Linens, very clean, comfortable, also the shower had exceptional water pressure (random but it honestly stood out to me ahaha). Very close to restaurants and coffee shops… . Short drive to downtown Carlsbad and overall, wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay. The bungalow was clean, bright, and very modern. I loved the rain shower head. The bed was comfortable. The tiny kitchenette supplied a small fridge, dishes, utensils, a toaster oven, Keurig, tea bags,coffee and 2 bottles of water. The outdoors was beautifully landscaped with some plants and rocks on the ground. I had a private patio. The a/c and heater were very quiet. Patty, the onsite manager was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. I was surprised that the location was not on the beach because of the name, but it was close by. Easy access to the freeway. The only things lacking were a table to eat at and use my laptop, a shower cap, and a box of tissues. Next time I'm in Oceanside, this will be my first choice option. I highly recommend it.

I only spent one night here as I was passing through but I LOVED it! It was extremely clean & cute. Directly next to a really good coffee shop too that is within walking distance. It is 100% worth the money. I recommend visiting beach break cafe for breakfast, my meal was delicious. It is about a 10 minute walk from the airbnb, so I walked instead of driving. Will be staying here again!

This was an awesome stay! The room was exactly like the pictures and very cozy, exactly what we needed for a one-night mini vacation! The shower pressure is awesome, the heater worked well, and it was great having a comfy movie night during the rainstorm that passed through. We also really appreciated the recommendations and loved how close this was to both Carlsbad and downtown Oceanside! I would 100% stay here again.

This stay was perfect for my visit to Carlsbad. I can imagine this is the go-to spot during the summer. Angelos across the street made for a perfect diner-like breakfast. There is also a brewery up the street and just a short drive to the beach and Carlsbad village. Would stay here again!

Great for my solo work trip. It’s super clean and the staff are super kind.
I can see how the gardening is shaped to eventually create privacy for the mini patios outside each studio.
Lots if great tips for local eating spots. There’s even a health food store across the street.

Loved everything about the space from cleanliness to privacy. Only thing I had an issue with was the parking. Other people did use up more than 1 spot per bungalow and didn’t follow the policy which resulted me in not having access to on property parking. I would definitely recommend for them to include steps on what to do in the event there isn’t a spot available for you prior to your stay.

I've stayed in 3 of the units here, and all were spotless and cozy. A great place to stay in Oceanside/Carlsbad. The mini-fridge and kitchenette are nice touches if you don't want to go out to eat.

Great place! Location was premium. Walkable to the pier or Uber ride, 15min walk to the closest beach, and 30 min to Carlsbad State beach which was beautiful. Parking was easy and close to the place.

This quaint little cottage was perfect for our stay! It is a smaller unit and still had all the essentials! Even a mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster over - including a sink in the kitchenette as well! It was the perfect stay for our beach getaway!! We didn’t spend much time in the room but when we did it truly felt like home away from home. Such a cute and private porch area along with some public fire pit areas was the perfect compliment to our stay!
The only I would say is if you’re driving in or renting a car, a smaller car is probably best! The parking lot is tiny but the spaces are spacious enough! It can be difficult if you’re not use to backing in! Such a trivial part compared to the experience we had!
I’ll definitely be booking again 🥰

This place was beautiful! It was clean, well-designed, and felt private. There was always a parking spot in their lot, and it was easy to get to. There are great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, as well as plenty to do in the area.
I would stay here again.

No problems finding the location and our specific room. Room was clean with everything we needed for our 2 night stay! Parking in the lot was easy during the day, but in the evening was filled, but street parking was plentiful and stress fee. Restaurants and eateries within walking distance. My room was beyond expectations! So easy to access the room through the clear instructions sent beforehand. Upon entering the room, it was very tastefully decorated and had everything: the kitchenette even had a toaster oven in addition to a microwave. The bathroom was generously sized and the large walk-in shower had great water pressure. The service both Tiffany and Jennifer provided for my stay was conducted thoughtfully and in a friendly manner. I will absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here 2 nites and it was very conveniently located. Very close to Carlsbad Village. Many local establishments were walkable. Quiet, clean, sufficient parking, overall a nice place to sleep, get cleaned up and out the door for CA adventures. I’d stay here again.
