Adorable bungalows that are spotless with all the needed kitchenette items and nice little patio spots with tables and fire pits! Loved that it was literally right next door to bound coffee (delicious lattes and matchas), and easy walk to the wetlands trails. It was especially convenient location for doing the Carlsbad half Marathon (less than 5min drive to the start/finish). Host was prompt and helpful with all communication. We’d love to stay here again!

So many places close to eat and shop.beach close.manager onsite went out of her way to be helpful. We left a wedding gift in room and she took it to parking lot to give to a friend so it would be there in time at the wedding. She was wonderful

Enjoyed staying here and it was nice having a small kitchenette, too! Shower was nice and large and essentials were also provided. I also had a semi-private patio and there were also fire-pits available for use as well! The host was responsive and friendly. The parking spaces are limited, but there is also plenty of street parking available. I was able to find a parking spot in the lot each time I arrived, but saw there was street parking available just steps away.

Incredible place to stay. it's right on the border of Carlsbad and right by sooo many restaurants and coffee shops. We had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay again. The only downside is the bathroom light is on a timer and went off a few times when we were in the shower. But it wasn't a super big deal. Very comfortable beds and had tons of pillows. Very estheticly pleasing and comfortable, we felt safe and right at home. We recommend eating at Tanners Prime Burgers its right now the street.

This was a great place to stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Super close to some great local restaurants and good coffee shops. Also within walking distance of great shopping if you’re looking for thrift shops and boutique type shops. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s also close to the beach which makes it that much more desirable.

Charming place. I love how they took an old motor lodge and converted it into Airbnb. Well maintained with a beautiful outdoor area. I wish we had more time there to explore the area and then sit around the fire pit in the evening. Definitely check out their recommended spots for coffee and eats. We had breakfast at the Rose Cafe, a short walk from our room. We’ll be back!

My family and I had a long day the day of our check in, we got to the Airbnb at 1am and were exhausted as soon as we got there I opened up the Airbnb app and the instructions were clear as day. Check in was smooth and easy Airbnb was squeaky clean and as described in the photos. Have no complaints just 2 small comments parking was a bit tight but manageable, and the sensor in the bathroom was a little discomforting due to the light turning on and off every two minutes due to the sensor not detecting movement , had the light turn off on us while showering a couple times. But besides that the stay was amazing great communication as well. Will definitely book again if I’m ever in the area.

Host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had all of the check-in information! The decor is very cute, and the location has plenty within walking distance to enjoy the city. Parking is first-come first-served, but there is nearby free street parking if you have a need!

The place was as described. The shower has the best water pressure and we loved it! We checked in late and went in to find only two sets of towels for four of us. That was annoying. The front office was closed but thankfully a lady that worked there was in the courtyard and able to get us two more towels. One other annoying thing was the light and fan in the bathroom. The fan ran nonstop which was loud at night. We tried to turn it off which was unsuccessful; we ended up unintentionally changing the setting on the light instead, which changed it to motion. After that the light would turn off during showers and that was frustrating.

Great location, minutes drive from beach and restaurants! Is walkable to some places but we drive to explore! Host was very responsive and space was great for our short stay!
Parking is tight so be considerate and park straight in the space so all cars can get in. If you have a larger vehicle (larger SUV/truck) consider street parking to be avoid maneuvering in tight space.

Great room with 2 double beds, adequate kitchen space for us and nice size bathroom with shower (no tub, fine for us); great value for price! Quick drive to beach/pier and all the local restaurants and shops. Parking is limited so be kind and park straight within the lines so every vehicle can fit just right. Oversized vehicles (trucks) should park on the street to be considerate. Would definitely stay again! Thank!

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and cozy. There’s lots of places you can walk to, very close to the beach and feels like a safe area. One staff member was super helpful and kind and she happily got us extra towels. We would definitely stay here again. Looks just like the pictures!

I stayed here recently with my family and my small dog. The bungalow was nice and clean. We appreciated the private lot even though it got packed at night and it was hard to find an available spot. But either way there was parking on the neighborhood streets. We did like the restaurants near by. Heritage Brewery & BBQ was amazing and walking distance. We also went to Artifex Brewery which was around the corner. They had great beers! Fun, relaxing stay

We just stayed one night, it was a nice place to go too, the beach was just less than a mile away. The only complaint I have was that the beds were a little too stiff, but maybe they were brand new but that’s the only complaint. The surrounding was very beautiful and each room had a patio, It looked to me that they just renovated the building they did a great job it was modern and decorated it nicely.

We came here for two nights since we needed to be out of our house. Everything was enjoyable. It's small but was too be expected. The first night there was a light on outside the back window but the manger went and took care of it to help us sleep. The onsite manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. She's a catch!
