House keeping went above and beyond to meet me in the rain when we realized I drove to a completely different rental up the road. She didn’t make me feel badly. Instead, she offered more blankets for my room. She was super compassionate and welcoming.

This place has a great location and has everything you need! They have great restaurants just across the street and a block away. The pier was 10 mins away and you are also very close to Carlsbad village. It was quiet and clean!

I had a wonderful stay. Small and cozy place to stay. 5 minutes driving distance to the beach. Cute restaurants the walk to. 10 minutes driving distance to the Oceanside strip to walk on.

I had a great stay here. The outdoor space is cute and cozy. The location is easily accessible, parking is easy even if you don't get one of the spots in the lot. And it's easily walkable to so many great places. The walls are a *little* thin, I could hear muffled conversations in the next room over. But it honestly wasn't bad. Just a heads up in case something like that would bother you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed our time staying in bungalow 8. The neighborhood is very walkable and there’s great restaurants and coffee shops around. The bungalow was nice and clean and the air conditioning worked amazingly in the summer heat. Parking spots were a bit of a tight squeeze for our pickup truck but it was easy enough to pull in and out of the little lot. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We had a great long weekend!

Just stayed for one night but the room is perfect. Very clean, bed extremely comfortable. Shower is awesome. Great pressure! walkable to great restaurants and bars, sports bars, and right down the street from the beach. Heritage barbecue and brew is less than 500 feet good beer great brisket quesadilla, Dons for breakfast was fantastic ,seafood omelette OnPoint!! stuffed hashbrowns are awesome. Definitely gotta try. . Nice little private patio or semi private patio for you and your guests, parking is a little tight but there’s only 12 units so there’s 12 parking spots.. Everything in the bungalow worked perfect very pleased with everything. Definitely visit again….

This was the perfect little place! The location was incredibly walkable, and the space itself was spotless, stylish, and recently updated. Wow ! What a gorgeous place this was … so cute !
Obviously recently renovated , like new , immaculately clean and tidy.
Super comfy bed ! And awesome water pressure in the shower (a big like for me, lol)
I loved it was so affordable , even in AUD.
I had trouble with the door code not working but Patty and Chelsea sorted it out for me swiftly.
Something to note , if you like a dark & quiet room to sleep , take an eye mask and ear plugs.
The exterior lighting is very bright and you can hear disrespectful neighbours in the adjoining rooms.
The only thing I would recommend is an extra blanket as the linen was not warm overnight.
I will definitely book again if I am lucky enough to travel to Oceanside in the future.

Regarding the bright exterior lighting and sound from neighboring units—those are part of the design and layout of the property, which prioritizes safety and accessibility, though we understand they can affect sleep for light sleepers. We’ll look into potential solutions and also take your suggestion about adding an extra blanket to make sure future guests are more comfortable.
