My 2nd stay. Great location: easy freeway access, close to Carlsbad, walkable to a variety of good restaurants and fun shops. The grounds are kept very neat, and I had no problem parking.
The rooms themselves are very nice, extra clean and uncluttered, modern, tastefully decorated. The units are fairly small, but I had no problem with that as I was traveling alone.
Each room has its own patio space with table, some more secluded than others.
The neighborhood seemed safe. I walked my dog at night.
I enjoyed both my stays and would book again.
Recommend The Plot restaurant and Hill Donuts (fresh squeezed o.j.), both walkable.

These bungalows are great for a getaway, the spaces themselves are very nice. Parking in the lot can be a little tight depending on the size of your car just be aware. Everything you could need to relax in a smaller coastal area, with tons of great restaurants in walking distance.

This is one of those rare occasions where 5 stars really means 5 stars…such a beautiful stay and incredible service. They have everything you need for a special weekend, and it feels luxurious. Everything is brand new, I didn’t even have to go anywhere for my coffee in the morning, they have a keurig and anything else you’d need. I don’t usually write reviews this long, but I was extremely pleased with the value for my money…not to mention the location. This place just screams quality. Attention to detail is incredible. Highly recommend, will probably stay here again.

My wife and I were comfortable in the room. It’s small but had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and it’s an easy drive to either Oceanside or Carlsbad beaches.

I've stayed in 3 of the units. They do vary in size a bit, which I don't think is well captured in the descriptions. But all 3 were cozy and super-clean. I stayed one night in one unit and then moved over to a second unit for the second night of my stay (last-minute change of plans, so the first unit was already booked for the second night). The on-site manager was so kind and offered to move my luggage over to the new unit when they were done cleaning. Not only did she move my heavy suitcase and grocery bag over, but she even put the perishable groceries in the fridge for me! Gold star treatment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away! Despite being a shared community there is a private patio space and greater communal area with fire pits that’s really enjoyable and was never crowded. The location itself was great, easy to walk to a number of coffee shops and restaurants as well as the beach, and only a short drive away from many more. It was absolutely perfect for a little weekend getaway. Would def stay again!

Fun place to stay with lots to walk to. The area feels like a real locals scene. Inside isn’t huge but has everything you need and is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Next time I definitely want to rent a bike to sightsee!

Beautiful recently updated extremely clean bungalow with luxurious linens, towels and bedding. Space is small but great for one person or a couple. Outdoor dining area was a huge plus.
AC was efficient and cooled down the room when needed. Water pressure was extraordinary strong.
Kitchenette was helpful to have but could have been equipped as it was advertised with pots and pans etc. For example I used the airfryer but there were no potholders. They provided me the sponge for cleaning the dishes which was very kind when I asked. I stayed few days so cleaning the dishes was necessary.
Overall I would stay there again if I needed to go in the area.

A newly-renovated, modern place in a super convenient location on PCH: great coffeehouses, taco shops, burger places, sushi bar, a wine shop, an organic grocery store—all within a couple of blocks. Spent many day on my laptop on the patio, and few nights by the fire pits.

We stayed for a couple of weeks. Everything was exactly as advertised, clean and modern. Checking in/out and all communications with the ownership was prompt and friendly. A chair broke and they picked it up right away and asked if I was ok. They have private patios with a table and umbrella out front and we had our coffee there. It’s walkable to the Carlsbad Village - very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great, we loved everything about our stay (location, space, amazing water pressure/temp). Only complaint is that the walls let all sounds through and we heard full conversations of other guests both nights! Luckily we were too tired for it to be a bother.

Was pleasantly surprised! The space was furnished with nice, quality things as if it were a real home. The bed was comfortable, the bath towels soft and fluffy, and the shower had amazing water pressure (weird, I know, but it was a great shower). Would def recommend!
