Unit A20 - Jaybird Beach Cottage offers a great view of the sparkling ocean waves and sandy beach from the balcony, main living area, and the master bedroom. Relax on the comfortable balcony chairs, soak in the coastal ambiance, and watch the world go by – families playing on the sandy shores, surfers catching waves, and the rhythmic sounds of crashing waves. It's the quintessential California beach experience right outside your window.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen boasts an open-concept design with custom cabinets, a kitchen island, and granite countertops. It's fully equipped with all the essential cooking utensils to prepare your favorite meals during your beachfront retreat. The dining area features a table that comfortably seats six and additional seating is available at the counter, making it perfect for gatherings and meals with loved ones.

LIVING AREAS
The spacious living room invites you to unwind with plenty of comfortable seating for the entire group. Sink into the plush queen-size sofa sleeper or love seat or a cozy accent chair while you enjoy entertainment on the large flat-screen TV is a Smart TV that you can use to login and watch your favorite shows on your preferred streaming channel or enjoy the provided cable. For those cooler evenings or simply to set the mood, you can cozy up by the functional gas fireplace.

This is a two-bath unit. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a separate vanity area, while the second bathroom features a convenient tub/shower combination

SLEEPING
Unit A20 comfortably sleeps six guests, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The master bedroom features a California King bed where you can enjoy views of the ocean waves from your pillow. The second bedroom features both a full and a twin bed, and both bedrooms come with mounted TVs and cable for your entertainment. For added flexibility, there's also a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate various group configurations.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with   assigned parking space in the garage next door to the unit.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests. 
-A20 is a corner cottage which means it has more windows bringing light 
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-A20 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4),  beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4). 
- A20 also has two bikes located in the North Coast Village bike closet that guests can use during their stay

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
A20 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

A20 is located in the "A building" which is a smaller section of North Coast Village across the street from the main building. It has its own pool, hot tub, commercial BBQ grills (which are cleaned daily), laundry facility, and ping pong table. You also will have access to the main area amenities with your gate key.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrally located so you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

Our perfect location right in the middle of San Diego and Orange County also makes it easy to visit all the great attractions of Southern California. Walk time to Beach (on the beach, 0 min), Oceanside Harbor Shops and Restaurants (5 min), Oceanside Pier Restaurants (5 min), Downtown Restaurants, Shops, Movie Theaters, Playhouse, and Museums (10 min).
