Oceanside has been our favorite beach getaway for many years and we rely on On The Sand for easy booking and a very helpful on site staff to keep us coming back… The beach is fun, great for kids and beautifully maintained by the city and numerous volunteers and lifeguards…With frequent activities and restaurants within easy walking distance it's our favorite getaway…

Amazing experience. Just like pictures. The couch and dining were large enough to sit whole family comfortably. No AC needed due to ocean air cooling system! :) Pool and hot tub were great bonus features. Comfortable mattresses on all the beds.

Went with friends to check out Oceanside. A perfect location, the balcony view is perfection. Slept really well. Great water pressure. It was chilly so having the fireplace was so cozy. The property is beautiful and lush. So many sights, activities, and restaurants are walkable. I would stay here again, the property was such a gem!

This is our 3rd vacation vacancy stay with North coast village. We have rented from 3 different owners and every one of our stays has been wonderful. This year we stayed in a unit facing the ocean. For us it was worth the $$. We had great communication with rent on the sand. There really isn’t a bad place to stay at North Coast Village. Great location to go north or south for exploration of other beaches and towns.

We love visiting Oceanside and we were excited to stay the week this year for our kids spring break. The property is beautiful and views where amazing. We usually stay closer to the Main Street, so I missed the convenience and variety of shops and restaurants. However, there were some restaurants within walking distance in the harbor. The condo was nice and cozy. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this condo and property to our friends and family. We’re looking forward to booking our next trip back to Oceanside soon!

How are there not more reviews for this great unit??? I have been coming to North Coast Village since I was a kid. Now, I have two of my own. This is the 5th condo we have stayed in so far at NCV over the last 6 years, driving in from Arizona. While a couple other condos were a little more 'posh' on the inside, there is nothing to complain about here. Master bedroom was comfortable, two bathrooms, great second bedroom for the kids and a really comfy couch to enjoy the views. But the biggest thing here is the view. It's why you are booking this property and it will NOT disappoint. From all but one window, there is ocean everywhere you turn and it's THE reason to book this property. Every night we watched the moon over the waves until nearly midnight from the patio. On one of the days, we stayed in for the entire day but it was literally as if we were still on the beach. Sleeping with the window open and being able to watch the ocean from bed? Heaven! The only complaint we had (which has nothing to do with this property or its awesome owners whatsoever) was the large LED spotlights that illuminate the sand outside of NCV. The brightest light is right on top of this condo and they have it pointed too far down where it hits the fencing right below you and heavily reflects back. It does go off at 11pm but if you plan to go to bed with the window open before then, the master bedroom is near daylight. For us, the magic happened when the lights went out and spending that final time out on the balcony with no light obstruction was as great as it gets for being on the beach. My wife literally said to me, how many other places in the US have a view like this in your own, personal condo? The answer is very, very few. We would and will definitely return to this unit!!

We have stayed in this condo for 2 years and plan on coming back next year. We love that it is a corner unit and is open and airy. The view is unbelievable and the ocean breezes and sunsets are wonderful. The kitchen is updated and the sectional couch is roomy and comfortable. Other things need to be updated. The management was so prompt and efficient to respond to any issues we had and could not have been more pleasant. Mark assured me that he would work with the owner to update the items we mentioned. I can't wait to walk in next year and see what they have done! We have been coming to North Coast Village for years and most of the people we meet have also. It is a safe, pleasant, clean environment that is family friendly and filled with some of the nicest people.

Hi, This is our favorite family beach spot. I love the comfy couch after a long day of surf and pool time with the kids. Great location and the view is amazing.
